We spent the night here because our plane from Manila landed very late. We spent one night here and then took a van to El Nido. We took a tricycle from the airport to the hotel. There are plenty of tricycles at the airport. The ride costs 2 to 3 dollars. We were able to check in late. The reception is manned 24/7. The room was very clean, we didn't find any insects in the room. The rooms have air conditioning. The air conditioning was not too loud. As loud as air conditioners are. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a trip to El Nido in a shared van via a website. According to the website, the departure should be at the airport. The staff made sure that we were picked up at the hotel by the driver. In the morning we had breakfast with coffee, fried egg, bacon and jam toast. The free airport shuttle and free breakfast were great. The room was clean and had a decent amount of space for storage. The staff were excellent about responding through the booking app before our arrival and continued to help us with arrangements while we were there. They arranged our van to El Nido and checked in advance how we should handle the fact that my traveling companion and I have quite a bit of luggage. My traveling companion left her phone charger in the room and Julieta's called the van driver and spoke to us about the plan to put the charger on the next van and advised us how to collect it from the van driver once he arrived in El Nido. We did get it back. I consider that above and beyond good service.

The beds were small and seemed more so because they were both right against the wall and the air conditioning unit was very loud (though that seems to be the case in more than half of the places I've stayed and may not be true for all the rooms). You have to walk a bit from the property to get to the nearest convenience store or restaurant - too far for us in the heat. So you will need to take a trike most anywhere. But honestly, those are small things when compared to what I did like and the price we paid.

Location is excellent, so near the airport so convenient when our flight landed and we needed somewhere to stay before our bus to El Nido. The staff are so lovely & welcoming. They also gave us a free ride to the airport the next day which was super helpful & there's a cheap breakfast available in the morning. Coffee & water is free. Room was comfortable & clean.

Our shower didn't always have hot water but the staff were helpful whenever there an issue.

I like the price, cleanliness of the place and breakfast complimentary as well as unlimited free drinking water and coffee. AC was good and working well. Hot shower was working and water supply was good. Staffs were very accommodating. When you tell them as to what time you're leaving for the day, they'll make sure breakfast was served before you leave. They even did our laundry at reasonable price.

The place is a little bit far from the center. You have to take tricycle to get to store to buy your personal needs and foods. But manageable!

We couldn't have asked for a better host during our stay. She was incredibly helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. She went above and beyond by arranging everything for us - from contacting tour guides to coordinating with bus companies. I had the experience of staying there for a couple of nights. As mentioned by others, the owners are really friendly and helpful if you are in need of something. The location is close to the airport, walking distance. The rooms seem to be a bit outdated, but they still can offer your necessities for your stay, to mention again, any requests are welcomed by the owners. All together, I say it's fair.

The room is nice and large with its own shower and toilet. The breakfast meals were also good. What I liked best were the free airport transfers, to and from. Made it very convenient for me upon arriving and leaving the hotel.

The location was a bit far from the main city center but I can’t complain given that it was very cheap. You also can’t invite guests.

They pick you up upon arrival, and even bring you to the airport after your stay which is very good! unfortunately, their service vehicle was not available when we arrived, so they coordinated a taxi to pick us up and they paid for that transpo :) Breakfast also tastes good especially the tocino :) there is also supply of unli coffee in their dining area during breakfast.

two lights were busted when we arrived (CR and main room), but they immediately replaced the bulbs when we reported. it was rainy during our stay, and the road going to the place is muddy (not cemented).. Their wifi is very weak, smart network signal is also weak inside the rooms.

The staff is very welcoming and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. When our flight was delayed they tried to help us book a spontaneous island hopping tour but unfortunately we were too late for that. Although we were already checked out, they let us keep our bags there, let us take a shower after we organised an island hopping tour ourselves and we were still able to use the free airport shuttle! The breakfast was very yummy too. We would 100% recommend coming here. The facilities were clean as well.

The water pressure from the shower head could have been stronger but that‘s about it.

How hospitable all of the staff is. The location is quiet, which I prefer to escape the honking of the horns of the cars. I liked everything that the place had. I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights, very accessible since you only have to ride a tricycle to go to the mall or to restaurants that are hailed in Palawan as the best of the best.

My only issue is that for the first couple of days of my stay, wifi wasn't the best since it kept cutting off but got better after that. The heater in the bathroom didn't work either, but I didn't mind it since it's summer and I prefer to shower with cold water. However, it might be an issue for those who want to take a bath with hot water.
