Stayed in room 207. AC was loud and is one of those window units. We still slept ok, no street noise or neighbours animals. Shower pressure was ok, shower head fixed height but tall enough for at least 6 feet. Fridge worked. Only watched HBO on the tv, English movies. Last movie watched was edge of tomorrow. Breakfast selection was good mostly Asian style but always eggs in some shape of form. With options provided always got a good start on protein for the day. Staff very helpful. Room was clean. Met most of our requirements

Location is a bit away from city proper and beaches but beaches not great around the city anyways. Recommend getting the floating cottages out to the sandbar further east from the hotel. Get out to some clean water.

It was very close to the airport! Stayed for one night after landing in Puerto Princesa. Despite the flight being delayed, the staff were very welcoming and helpful! They made sure we were settled in quickly from our long travel day

The air conditioner was very loud. For those who are not used to the sounds, will have a hard time sleeping in the sound. Room also got cold really fast and there was only one thin bedsheet to cover with

We checked in very late and only stayed one night since we had a flight in the morning. The location is great, close to the airport! The hotel provides the airport shuttle for extra cost but we just ended up getting a tuktuk because it was waaaay cheaper that way. You can also walk if you don't have too much luggage, about 25-30 minutes walk to the airport.

We have a tasty breakfast and I like the ambiance of the place. The crue are so hospitable and smiling mode ☺️. Everything is well prepared and well done 👍

The toothpaste is so small and tooth are so hard. Can you provide a good quality toothbrush to all guest?

Beautiful hotel close to the airport, approx 10-15 minute tricycle ride from the airport terminal. The room is great and has everything you need including strong WiFi. Perfect for one night before going to El Nido or waiting for your flight the next day. Friendly check in/out staff. Elegant room design and beautiful restaurant area for an early morning breakfast

Everything was clean. Staff was polite and accommodating, with 24/7 reception and security. Room was spacious, and toilet was clean. It's near the airport and other restaurants. Would likely rebook in the future.

There's a bar right beside the hotel, and they play loud music, which can be heard just in the toilet, until 4am. There's not a lot of options for breakfast, which costs 300php. I told them that I'm checking out early the next day, and they said they're making a take away breakfast for me, but this took them a bit of time that I needed to leave without it.

Great location, friendly staff and spacious room.Close to main road where most of things are around. Also breakfast is great and prepared on request. Recommending if you staying for a day or two in Porto Princessa!

Clean and smells good from the lobby to your room, comfortable to sleep, spacious room and clean. Delicious food. Staffs were great

During black-out, the elavator wasn't available. Not good for the elderly or with heavy baggage to use the stairs.

Staff members where friendly and helpful from the beginning to the very end. I would definitely stay again!

No ice machines on the property. But the staff told us about a local store less than a block away that sales ice blocks for 3 pesos

Stayed into for a night but really liked the place - comfortable and spacious room, great staff, clean and new facilities. It’s a great quality to price ratio. They also serve a nice breakfast in the morning and it’s near the airport.

Maybe add more vegetarian options to the buffet in the morning?
