Nice property, well decorated, good pool. The pictures don't lie. Friendly staff. Early breakfast available.

The food in the restaurant was just average for a rather high price. The promised airport shutlle was not available, and the replacing taxi showed up 30 minutes late. The TV in our room did not work, but that was fixed promptly by the maintenance man. Toilet flush was only half working (not filling well), the water heater gave warm water for a minute and the turned cold... So, in general, a bit more attention should be spent on the rooms.

Overall, it's a very nice ambient with a lot of palms and acacia trees. The room was bigger than we expected. The staff is friendly. The pool and the water in the pool were cleaned at night. We ate all our meals in their restaurant and they were very tasty. I would especially recommend their milkshakes (chocolate, oreo), because they are big and yummy yummy. At the end, I have only one critic. Van to the airport cost 500p one way, but in the description on Booking it says that the transportation costs 350p! We ordered van to the airport, but staff forgot for our van for the next day, so we need to took the tuktuk, but no problem with that at all, because there are a lot of tuktuks on the main road. But anyway we were satisfied with the accommodation.

I loved this place and it's very affordable! The concept is lovely. The hotel is situated in a calmer area of puerto princesa but a tuktuk will get you to the busier parts if needed. Also, the airport is nearby and that is why we went for this place. Check out is at noon, which is lovely. The room was very spacious and clean and smelled great! It had two large comfy beds. I also really liked the pool. Breakfast was okay but I was feeling sick so I unfortunately couldn't properly enjoy it... The staff is also friendly and helpful. They helped carry our luggages up and down the stairs.

Barely any water pressure in the bathroom. The water just trickled out of the shower head. This was a bummer. Also the water wasn't warm enough.

The restaurant staff were all quite rude, just stared at me and talked. I had to go up to the counter to request my breakfast, other guests were provided table service depending on if the restaurant staff took a liking to you or not. Was serviced rotten watermelon which was more than half of the fruit platter, nothing offered as a replacement just got told "that's how the fruit is"

Hotel in a remote area, which is a plus because it's quiet and have spacious area around the (great!) pool. Shared areas clean, a lot of place to hand out and relax. Bar with reasonably priced drinks. Helpful and kind staff. Stayed in very spacious bungalow.

Really hard bed and a lot of noise (I believe from AC?) at night. Moreover pool is well lit also during the night, and because of that it's also very bright inside of the room, even with courtains closed. To be honest, I didn't sleep well here. No hot water in the shower, but that's common in Philippines

I had a wonderful stay at Acacia Tree Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Very nice service, they helped us a lot. Good breakfasts. Billiards that you could play every evening.Swimming pool but unfortunately we had to ask them to clean it.I recommend 99%it despite the small negative opinion.

If they took even a little better care of the cleanliness of the rooms it would be great.

Amazing staff, bent over backwards to help - including storing luggage for us for a week whilst we travelled the island. So helpful and communicative. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, pool is large and open for long hours, coffee is not from powder and drinking water free, board games and pool table a real bonus. Would highly recommend.

Secluded. Very nature-sy. Good common area and breakfast area. Rooms are clean, The bed and linen are really comfy. The pool looks good but we didn't use it though.

It's a bit far from the city center. The bathroom would benefit from some improvements. The heater is inconsistent.
