The room was spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our room do have 2 queen beds and a single bed. Even though theres no breakfast service offered, they do have a third party restaurant that can deliver food in your convenience. We usually get our food delivered at 6:30am because of our early morning tours. They also have purified water so you can refill you water bottles and make your own tea and coffee. The staff were very kind and they made sure all our requests were met. We booked an extra night but later during the planning stage, we figured out that we dont need the extra night so we asked if we can just use the payment that we did for the extra night for our airport pick up and drop off and for the extra person charge since our 4th adult wasn’t part of the original booking that we made. Their airport pick -up and drop off is from a third party as well. The one who picked us from the airport was prompt, very good and very helpful.

The one who was supposed to pick us up from nellies place was very late and the one who we communicated with was very rude (not a hotel staff but from someone from the taxi operator). The hotel staff just gave us the Php350 which was supposed to be for the payment for the taxi.

They offer free shuttle service from the airport to their place and the staff was so willing to assist with our queries and needs. I also liked that this property is very close to the PPS airport. They offer water and free coffee. Beds are comfortable. Towels look new.

The interior wall painting needs improvement, but this is not really an issue or something that we did not like. Still rating this property high as their services are very good.

We only stayed for 1 night and chose this place as it’s very close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a nice hot shower. hot/cold water is made available and kitchen utensils etc. There is also a nice outdoor area to hang out in. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided complimentary airport pick up which was extremely appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Christy at reception is amazing; she’s so helpful and knowledgeable. She even gave me a lift to show where the beach is. Nellies has Hot water showers, I asked for and got extra blankets; there’s a fridge, microwave and toaster oven and 24 hour hot water for coffee or tea. Air con 24 hours.

It’s a long walk to downtown, but that’s why I chose it. Far away from the congestion and noise.

The staff is really accommodating and they’re willing to help for everything! The room is really big for just 2pax it can hold up to 5persons they have 2 doble beds and a single one! So if you’re going to a trip with family and friends this is really for you. The place is really cheap and clean. We would go back for sure! Hope this review helps ^_^

We paid for a taxi and on arrival we’re told nellies has a van service that could have picked us up. I don’t recall being informed about the service. Also one of our group was trying to call nellies prior to check in with no answer

great nr the airport and free pick /drop off .. a fair few bars close-ish nr about .. bit of a walk to the front and town centre .. but for a stop off / next day airport ..carnt beat it really 👍

We stayed last month and the staff at Nellies were wonderful. The ladies were very welcoming and helpful, they helped us book tours and transport and even took care of one of my friends who stayed behind whilst two of us went to a tour. The value for the three of us staying on a budget was great, the beds and room were all large and clean so it worked very well for us. Its close to the airport and a free shuttle can be arranged. Thank you!
