Absolutely lovely stay here and we really would have liked to have stayed longer. Beautiful gardens, so thoughtfully designed. Lovely room, pool is great, seating areas in the gardens and around the pool are just perfect. Located a short tuk tuk ride from town centre but in a street which has everything anyway - and the tuk tuks are always available just outside. Last great thing - the staff. Every single staff member was helpful, friendly and, courteous, nothing was a problem to anybody. We loved our stay here, absolutely recommended on a 10 out of 10 basis.

All we would say is that the food is a bit overpriced when nearby properties do equally good food at lower prices. Everything else just fantastic.

This hotel is fantastic. We couldn't fault it and wished we had stayed there more than one night. We booked it as it was close to the airport for our return to Manila but it's far more than a convenient hotel - it's really nice. We had a family room for 4 of us and it was one of the most comfortable rooms of our stay in the Philippines - comfortable beds and a lovely shower room. The pool is great and the food we had in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful - the communications before check in were great. The location is only 10 mins from the airport but also close to town on a tricycle which is easy to get from outside the hotel. Lots of places to explore on foot too. Really great hotel representing good value for money.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The hotel is like an oasis with a lovely tropical vibe. The staff were exceptional. They arranged an early check in seeing that my wife was unwell. Day to day service was amazing. Arranging trips, taxis etc. the staff on reception was so so helpful. We do tend to go out and explore restaurants nearby but the onsite restaurant and bar was so good we stayed there for a couple of evenings. Food in restaurant was great. Good choice of breakfast options. Big thank you to Che and Mau. I have stayed in bigger and higher started hotels in the Philippines but the Hibiscus was exceptionally brilliant. One of my all time favorites. Room was huge with its own private garden. Spotless and filtered water available.

Well from the very first conversation we knew that we would enjoy the place as the staff are amazing and look after you , we could not fault a thing and was impressed , the pool was a good size and seating around the grounds was a good touch, the bar area is good with the bar persons taking great care to make sure you feel comfortable. The restaurant had amazing food so all in all thanks to the staff

Well the only item is that the tour company’s need to drop some brochures at resort so you could see what was available But the girls went out there way to sort this and did a fantastic job at it

This is a little gem. Some of us in the group were working remotely and could not join for all the activities but it was great to work from the restaurant. You can enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with delicious food, good wifi and plugs to charge your computer. The staff is attentive, they helped us organize excursions and rent motorcycles. The rooms are clean and spacious, they are bigger than they look in the pictures. The staff is beyond amazing, super attentive and very helpful. Anything you need or any questions you may have they will be there for you.

The hotel is too nice, we were slow to leave it to go out and explore, especially because the food at the restaurant is so fresh and good, we ended up eating there a lot 😅

The restaurant was excellent and food superb! Very pretty surrounds and lovely pool. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard. Lovely tropical design.

While I loved the tropical island design in the rooms, it would be good to have a curtain that can be pulled across the window on the front door, as the light outside stays on until midnight and comes back on again at 6am. Unfortunately it woke my friend up when it came on early in the morning. It would also be great to have bedside lights for reading, as there is only one large light in the room.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The room was large with a great shower. The resort pool was great and the food from the resort restaurant was great. Other bars and food places are just down the road. The staff helped us to book a last minute whale shark tour for the following day which was amazing! Overall the resort was well priced for what was included.

The rooms were very dark as the only window had an awful view out the back of the property so the blind stayed closed the whole time.

Great hotel in Puerto Princesa. Room was cool, clean and comfortable; and was very nice to have a private back area with hammock to relax. The pool was lovely, and the reception staff were very friendly. Some nice local food places within short walking distance or tricycle ride. The hotel is only about a 5min drive to the airport.

The onsite restaurant is quite expensive, and portion sizes are quite small.

Warm welcome with 5 star customer service .. the staff always anticipated your needs before you needed to ask. A small resort style with everything you need, food was of high standard and delicious. The coconut rum here (their specialty) at 80 peso was magnificent sipped on ice. The grounds are constantly maintained and all amenities are clean and fresh. Location set back from the Main Street and easy walking distance. Sadly we only had the 1 night we will return here in the future for a longer stay.

Traveling with my family we loved Hibiscus Garden Inn as it was an authentic family run hotel. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything that we needed, from warming up baby food to recommendations of the best restaurants around. We travelled with our 9-month old baby and everyone of the staff immediately became his best friend! During our babies naps we would relax by the pool and found it a tropical relaxing paradise. Really felt welcomed here and we would have loved to stay longer, see you again soon!
