Good location, nice and comfortable room. The morning breakfast was perfect with plenty of choices. The entire kitchen staff was wonderful!!! I would also like to mention the very pleasant front desk agent Rosally as a plus during our stay.

Only the limit of TV viewing. Would have been nice to have relaxing viewing options after being out all day. You would think nowadays the option for Netflix would be available.

The best part was the breakfast👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 the food was great and the staff were 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 The space and set up of our room was fantastic. Our family has been to a handful of all inclusive hotels around the world and the layout of the hotel had the same feel in a smaller scale

The washrooms need upgrading - on a scale of 0-10 we are at an 8. The showers and toilet can do the job but not the greatest. The air conditioning in some rooms were not good (we checked in with 2 other groups).

We really liked the ocean view from our room. Quick access from the Tavern Hotel to the waterfront walk was very handy. The room was large and nicely laid out with lots of room for our stuff. Hottest shower on our trip so far. Aircon worked great. Helpful staff. Great breakfast area, also with wonderful staff and a great view. Good value. Solid dependable place to stay in Surigao City. Easy access to the port. Loved exploring the city.

Wifi was great when it worked - but cut out from time to time.

The hotel is quite nice from inside, but would need some renovation at the front side. The room was OK. It had a balcony, but it was the only balcony on my trip where it is not allowed to smoke. I was allowed to check in early. This is the reason why I rated it one point higher than intended. There are a lot of restaurants close by. It is in walking distance to the port.

Staff was not really friendly. Breakfast was OK, but in most of the other places it was better.

New rooms, updated rooms at the upstairs, are great improvement. They look modern and clean. Also big plus is working wifi.

Even I was at the top floor, constant noise of the traffic in annoying. But the most disturbing is amazingly loud music from bar next door. It is every night until midnight.

The room was okay, except when we came tried to open the balcony sliding door, the lock was broken, the shower door don’t lock, so it floods the outside floor, and the last day of our stay, the shower head fell and almost hit my head

Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Food was delicious. Staff at the buffet restaurant were exceptional friendly, service were excellent 10 out of 10. Rooms we're big , cleanand spacious.Highly recommended, Will stay there again in the future.

The annex building wasn’t as pleasant as main building. Rented room for in-laws for one night and just didn’t have the same feel of hospitality as main building.

Great breakfast buffet. Good location. Nice staff.

Wifi was off earlier in the morning. I was told someone would turn it back on at 8 am? Bathrooms are dirty and outdated. Overall, it's not worth the price for how outdated the rooms are.

This property needs a swimming pool then it would be perfect
