A Luxurious Escape: Our Unforgettable Stay at Anya Resort Tagaytay Anya Resort Tagaytay provided the perfect sanctuary for our recent family vacation. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the resort offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here's a glimpse into our delightful experience: A Haven of Tranquility: Stepping into Anya Resort was like entering a world of peace and serenity. The impeccably designed landscape, with its hidden nooks and verdant gardens, provided a sense of calm that washed over us all. The fresh air and the gentle breeze whispering through the trees created a truly restorative atmosphere. Accommodations fit for Royalty: Our family suite was a luxurious haven. Spacious and elegantly appointed, it offered all the comforts of home and more. The meticulous attention to detail, from the plush furnishings to the personal touches, made us feel truly pampered. The highlight for the kids (and maybe for us too!) was definitely the sparkling clean swimming pools, perfect for refreshing dips under the warm Philippine sun. A Culinary Journey: Anya Resort's diverse dining options tantalized our taste buds throughout our stay. We embarked on a culinary adventure, savoring delectable international cuisine at each of the resort's restaurants. From poolside lunches to unforgettable dinners, every meal was a delightful experience. The use of fresh, local ingredients added an extra layer of authenticity and flavor to the dishes. Unparalleled Service: The true heart of Anya Resort lies in its exceptional staff. Every member of the team we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth, Filipino hospitality, and attentiveness to detail made us feel like cherished guests. A special shoutout to the Anya Experience Assistants who catered to our every need and ensured a seamless and unforgettable stay.

Overall the stay is amazing - room is massive, warm pool and amazing hotel landscape. There was a quite hiccup during check in. We arrived early for check-in and were willing to wait so we visited the restaurant to grab some food. However, restaurant service in Anila was quite disappointing and was left to wait to order - felt very ignored. Anyway, we went to the front desk to discuss this which I am very grateful they listened to me and did everything to make up for it. I've been to quite a few luxury boutique hotels so I did have some sort of expectation. Just sharing my experience but will do visit again this year because I am quite impressed with the hotel and hope the restaurant experience will be much better by that time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; the ambiance of the place made me feel at home and provided a sense of relaxation that transported me to another world. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating my requests. Unfortunately, my companion fell ill and had to leave early. When I requested room disinfection due to health concerns, the staff not only promptly attended to it but also took the extra step of relocating me to a different room to ensure my safety and peace of mind. Their exceptional service made my experience truly memorable.

It was raining when we visited it was hard to get to places because there was only limited golf cart availability, which led to extended waiting time of 15-20 minutes, making it difficult to navigate the premises. Additionally, the check-out process, conducted in-room, experienced delays, with a notable wait for assistance. We hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I also had an issue with my credit card charges because they were charged twice on my credit card. But they were able to reply to me and fixed the issue.

I like how exclusive the location is. Upon entering the location you feel as if you’re in Japan with all the bamboos on the side of the road. The facility as a whole is great and you have couple of options in dining. I would like to add also I was late upon arriving for happy hour. It ran from 4pm-6pm. I arrived 5:40pm and I asked mgmt if they can extend happy hour so I can take advantage of the price and they happily extended happy hour for me until I was finished which was 7:30pm. I really appreciate mgmt for doing this for me

Everything about the facility was great.

excellent resort and pool, very good breakfast and we had dinner 2 nights in the lower restaurant with excellent food

there is however some points to upgrade, the units need fresh coat of paint, some units are already under renovation, but in 2024 for the amount they charge per night i had expected at least a modern smart TV where i can watch or stream what i want, not a 15 year old TV with some local satellite channels only, please upgrade this we are in 2024 not the late 90's.

The place was lovely and give us a feel llike we are at home. The staff was accomadating and welcomed us amazingly. The facilities and general cleaniness of the place was splended. It really justified the cost

nothing, we really loved the place.

Effortless check in and in-room check out and settlement. Good foundation on service fundamentals and choices, just need to improve food quality & availability in your main restaurant. Great maintenance of property as well.

Improve availability of menu items in restaurant. Need to improve bugs management in dining areas, flys are getting close to the food sometimes. Improve communication skills of staff. Improve Wifi speeds during peak usage hours, sometimes things wont load for a few seconds. Implement bandwidth management. Add items that can be "borrowed" -- Chargers, Lint roller, hdmi cable etc.

The five-course meal was spectacular. Breakfast was great too! And of course, the room was lovely and fragrant. Express checkout was impressive.

The female waitresses need more training in guest relations. My husband and I went to the restaurant at 5pm and searched for a nice table. We were told that they were full for the evening and we had to make a dinner reservation. There were no guests around so my husband asked if they are no longer accepting walk-ins. The waitress asked us if we were hotel guests and we answered yes. And then she said that they still accept walk-ins. See the contradiction? This irked my husband and almost ruined the experience. So my husband shot back at her "so it's not true that you are full tonight". She was speechless after that. By the way, they weren't really full. We stayed until almost 8pm and there were so many empty tables. Honest and accuracy are important.

Lush green well maintained property. Our room 1208 was fabulous. Pool is heated and clean. 24 hr Library is a treat. Food all through our 3 nights stay was a good experience. Staff is attentive and friendly.

The spa needs more attention. It does not have spa ambience. The treatment was good but Niyama does not go the extra mile we expect from a spa. Not value for money.

the room is very huge, it has a large living room and kitchen complete with coffee maker & ref, the master bedroom has super size king mattress, with a separate toilet room, and a big shower room, and a bathtub with a view of the mountains

the ACU in the living room needs cleaning and maintenance it had a certain sour smell to it and our master bedroom acu had a rattling sound, and our bathtub doesn't have any hot water. and some of the exterior finishing had already got rotten and need replacements
