SUPERB!! As in! Owner - very responsive Room - clean, spacious, family-friendly, clean sheets, lots of outlets, pwedeng magpagulong gulong sa luwag Amenities - high-end i must say! they were very well thought of, it shows that the owner thinks about what the tenants need and want. New fridge, huge TV with Netflix, compelete utensils, love the dinnerware, chic furnitures, water heater, lots of outdoor seating area, lovely swing, xtra mattresses, and the list goes on! Special mention on ecofriendly shampoo/body wash since they are on refillable bottles vs single use containers. Kudos! Balcony - personal favorite! despite being on the lower level, it has serene views of the lush mountain and lake, no "Taal" view but its super fine! So relaxing, feels safe, and the ambience is perfect for nature lovers. Mga ibon lang maririnig mo, and wildlife 💙

Everything was great at this place. Smells and looks clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are nice, helpful and pleasant. The host is also responsive. Nice location and unli view of the Taal. Thanks for the welcome gift. Will come back.

I was expecting the Keurig pods since most of us drinks coffee, but its unavailable. There was only one sachet provided, but they got a lot of tea bags. Just a suggestion,, please add an instructions on how to call front desk or use the intercom, for emergency purposes. Coz there was an instance that the front door lock in and outside is hard to open, good thing ate housekeeper was there. Thanks

We loved the peace and quiet and of course the terrific views. Helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

Not keen on the rugs on the floor we prefer just plain tiles. The kitchen also needs a microwave!!! Sofa/cushions also needs a clean as it's a little stained. A few hangers in wardrobe would be appreciated.

The location was perfect just below twin lakes hotel. Near the restaurants and grocery. Check in and checkout was easy. The place smelled fresh and clean! Very nice and relaxing balcony and view!

No coffee maker and microwave. Something that is needed if the accommodation has kitchen. But nevertheless did not affect our stay!

The location is good, our room is very nice & the host is so friendly.

We just observed that some of the guest has their pets but we though according to our booking pets are not allowed so we got confused. Also, nobody informed us that using of hotel jacuzzi was per scheduled.

The place was very clean, spacious, quiet and near restaurants and attractions. The view was really nice.

I didn’t like that there were no attendants to help with your luggage.
