The staff was EXCELLENT!!! they were all so friendly & accommodating… Them made us feel at home

Water pressure in the shower was very low…. Hot shower were very slow.

Nothing except the front desk forgot to tell us our breakfast will be served in our room, & no restaurant inside which was good. Lessen your cost. The first hotel no restaurant inside first time we experienced which i think is good for your hotel i think.

Lovely room very close to Calle Crisologo. This is a condotel so like a 1 bedroom apartment, which is nice and spacious.

When our flight got cancelled but we needed to get back that day, we asked the hotel staff if they had a contact for taxi or private car. They mentioned they had a transport partner but the price they quoted was four times that of a car service we reached out subsequently. So better not to use their transport partner.

It was very spacious, very clean and friendly staff. The location is great, just 5 minutes to Calle Crisologo.

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noises from outside most especially the tricycles and the beeping cars at the parking lot. There was also a leak on the kitchen basin. In the small TnB, the water is not heating up. They don’t serve butter for breakfast.

I love everything about Paradores de Vigan! The room given to us was clean and complete with the things we need. We're glad that kitchen, dinnerwares and cutleries are available in the room. The location is perfect, walking distance from Calle Crisologo and a few minutes drive to Vigan Market where you can buy bagnet and vigan longganisa for a cheaper price. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when we go back to Vigan.

Location is perfect, very near to places you like to see like the Calle Crisologo and Museum. Very nice room, very comfortable beds and accommodating staffs.

Place to eat in the hotel, they have a very small cafeteria where they can served your food, but we instead asked them to do a room service which more comfortable and convenient for us.

Calle Crisologo is walking distance from the hotel. The members of the hotel staff are competent and efficient. We remember in particular Ms. Princess who assisted us with our late check in and late dinner. It kicked off our Vigan experience remarkably despite the rain.

I like the size of the room. It's like you never left home. It has complete facilities and very comfortable to stay with. We also particularly like the bed, I feel like I wanted to buy one of this kind for our home.

Just a minor one. The smell of the room can be improved. When we first opened the room, it smells like old wood or wet carpet.

Staff were nice and very accommodating. I had an issue with my payment and they were easy to make arrangements with.

There were bed bugs in the second bedroom but the staff were very helpful and made sure to clean up daily and changed the bed sheets regularly.

Excellent service! The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is spotless and well-equipped—everything we needed was there. We especially loved the separate room for the kids. The internet was a bit slow, but overall, we highly recommend this place!
