One trike away from the centro, accessible to tourist spots. The ambiance is cozy, especially at night. It’s generally clean, no pests inside the rooms. AC is working well and it gets cold if set to maximum. They provide cold and hot drinking water for free, with the dispensers on the hallway and by the entrance. They have parking if needed. Wifi is free and fast. The staff are all friendly, and they tell you everything you need to know during check-in.

We weren’t able to use the TV because of a connection error, but we didn’t contact the staff anymore because we didn’t really need it.

Location are spot on Staff: attentive and helpful Cleanliness: are up to standard and it was our best bet in going to Vigan, we’ve used the place twice already. I’lll be happy enough to refer the place to my friends.

There was just a small technical issue when we were staying. There was no water at all as the boiler over heat and we ended up exploring the town without having showers or using the toilet. Staff was so helpful in resolving the issue and very apologetic. Not their fault really. Things happen . Inspire will be back though.

Being a furmomma, I love that they allow pets. Of course, there’s an additional fee and we brought my furbaby’s own bed and had him wear diapers in consideration of the property. We were roomed in at the 3rd floor, corner— I thought it was a hassle but on the lighter note, our furbaby tends to be super alert with slightest sound he hears so, being roomed strategically was the best. Additionally, as a work from anywhere person, their wifi connection helped alot. Other than that, the room smells really good and the warm shower made it more relaxing after a day of walking around Vigan. Lastly, I would like to commend all the staff who’s very helpful and always smiling. They are just very accommodating and excellent.

The stairs on the right side is too narrow. But they have other stairs that’s safer to take.

The place made our stay so comfortable after a very tiring travel. We haven’t had the energy to take a picture inside, though I have the highest appreciation as to how clean and tidy the room was. Very spacious for family of 13 (9 adult + 4 kids) for 2 family rooms. The management allowed us to cook our food. Staff were so kind and accommodating, they did not mind us using all the tables and chairs in their veranda cafe area. It was indeed very homey stay… literally a happy stay! Looking forward to stay here again.

The smell outside, it did not bother us anyway.

It is the most affordable place I was able to find at the city center and is very near the convention center where my husband and I attended a training. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very courteous.

The room information provided on Booking.com says there are cable channels, a refrigerator, and a closet. There are none of those things in the room provided to us by the facility. Please set customer expectations.

Overall it was value for money. AC was cold, water heater was hot, soap and shampoo provided, had parking for motorcycle.

The wifi which you had to keep logging in after you went out. When you came back to the hotel, it would not automatically connect. Was a bit of a hassle.

I like the peaceful ambience of the hotel suited for relaxation and rest. Also, staff are very accomodating and approachable. Hotel facilities are all working esp the water dispenser, I can easily get water eirher hot or cold.

Maybe not actually didnt like but just a piece of suggestion. Maybe in the future, try to have a small cafeteria/canteen wherein you can cook food for the guest (of course, with charge)subject upon request so that we dont need to order online (comfortable for the guest and add'l income for the hotel). Overall, worth the money😊

The place was very quiet though not very secluded from the main tourist spots. Room was clean and AC was cold.

TV in our room was broken. Thankfully wifi was fast. Mosquitos are also present inside the room. I think they came underneath the bed so they need to do something about that.

The room was splendid. And the property is beautiful. Most of the staff are friendly and very helpful

Upon arrival, there is one employee that was on her phone. She saw us but completely ignored us. I mean, at least give us a confirmation that someone will be there to attend us or something.
