Great place to stay in Boracay. The location is the most strategic I would say out of all the accommodations I've stayed in Boracay. Station 3 beach is just a 5 minute walk. There are a lot of restaurants around that offer affordable meals. Easy access to Hop on Hop off which you could use to tour around Boracay and save a lot from fare. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were at peace staying in Grace Hotel. We enjoyed Boracay by not hurting your pocket so much. If you are looking for an affordable, strategic and great place to stay in Boracay, Grace Hotel is absolutely most recommended!

The rooms were very spacious. The staffs are very accommodating.

There was a box of pizza inside the our room cabinet and a spoiled shrimp (meal) inside the ref upon checkin in. They haven't cleaned and checked it well.

hotel on the main road of the boracay island, close to small shops and bakery, easy access to beach, 5 minutes walk; very friendly staff; room was ok; spacious and comfy bed. A/C was working very well. breakfast was simple but tasty.

room did not had a window, although outside was breakfast terrace where you could seat. in our 8 days stays importunely we did not experience a room service, or change of the towels - for both of those things plus toilet paper we had to ask, and even once after putting request on door for the room service it was not provided.

Boracay Grace offers the lowest price with daily breakfast inclusion. We were offered a very refreshing welcome drink upon arrival which is a big plus after the transfers, it felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. There are pros and cons in staying at this hotel but that depends on what is important to you. What I like are the ff: -Near local sari sari store and pharmacy where the price is cheaper -Near the road -with free shampoo/toothbrush/towel -tiles in the bathroom is non slippery -spacious room and AC is working properly -Staffs are friendly and attentive -Has Hot and Cold Shower -Doesn't feel "cheap" - you can hang and dry your clothes at the roofdeck -free flowing coffee for breakfast -Homey feels -Big TV with cable -Cabinets and hangers -Hot and Cold Water available in all floors 24/7 -Large ref on the deluxe room and small ref on family room (you might want to swap them though hehe)

-Location (though I liked that this is near the local stores, 5 mins walk to beach can be tiring at times since we have a baby, paying for tricycle would be an additional cost. So it might might not be an excellent choice if you have an elderly with you, for us, we don't mind since what is important is we can buy my baby's needs on the mart downstairs) -Weak signal inside the room (almost no signal inside the room but wifi is working decently-not too fast though) -Noise from the road and locals outside during wee hours (since it's near the road, you can hear the motorcycles outsides and the locals shouting (some times) during wee hours

Ants and flying ants in the bathroom and some succeded to enter the bedroom, if you are taller then 180 cm then your feet may hang out of the bed, hotel is located at the main road so it is a little bit noisy, no racks to hang the wet swimming trunks and towels

The proprietors and staff are just great! Very welcoming and extremely helpful. Comfortable room and bed. Nice breakfast. Hotel very handy as the Hop on, hop off bus stop is right outside. The proprietors went out of their way to make my stay as easy as possible. Thank you, a great stay.

I like the all staff they are all friendly; from reception Mr Jess . and would like to extend my thanks to Mrs Jullie who is very supportive they provided me everything like tour tips to visit . The breakfast was good. this accordingly to my diet they provide me what I need . and they gave extra avocado fruit which is benefecial to my diet meal plan.

There is sounds like moving chair during night time sleep But ignorable . Over all my stays is good

This hotel is a budget friendly hotel in Bora. It is so close to the main road and also very close to the white beach. The rooms are very clean, spacious and neat. The wifi is not that strong but it does not matter when you enjoy the day outside. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They are polite and absolutely helpful.

The beach is about 15 -20 mins walk. You can ride trikes .. add to the budget ...Php 150 for 4. if you prefer the beach vibe this is not for you.

The Grace hotel is a budget hotel run by a lovely Filipino couple, they are always looking after your comfort and giving tips/advices foe you to enjoy the island. The room had all you need, ensuit bathroom/toilet, basic toiletries, towels and linen, and a very silent and powerful A/C unit. The hotel also have a few hot/cold water fountains free of charge which were grately appreciated!! The hotel is located at the main road, so easy to find and with plenty of transportation options, also it is only at 5-10 min walk to the white beach station 3. The breakfast at the roof terrace was fantastic, with unlimited real coffee (not the instant coffee).

Even if we didn't find anything wrong in the property that affected our stay, I would need to highlight that the pictures shown in booking.com do not match with the current state of the property. Another point is that the central location of the hotel comes with the disadvantage of noise pollution of the motorbikes and tricycles at full blast from 5AM.
