A very simple, clean and modern hotel. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both Hotel-wise and with tips around the city. Checkout at 12 and breakfast until 10:30 on weekends is a great plus. We didn't encounter any problem with our stay. Everything was clear. It's a great, simple place to stay over. Hotel is about 15 minutes walking from the center. Great location if you prefer to be outside the center but close.

The only negative I would mention is, there there wasn't a lot of options for breakfast. It did include all the basics but I expected a little bit more. But what was available was great. So I recommend it either way.

I recently stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well situated, is quiet and comfortable. The rooms have a wardrobe, drawer and shelves to store clothing. The bathroom has a lovely shower and is spacious. The air conditioning was great and can be adjusted, turned on or off to your own preference. Towels are provided and there is a hairdryer. The hotel is well presented and is clean with the staff visibly cleaning all areas daily. The breakfast offers a good choice of food

The carpets in the rooms are in need of replacement. Across the 3 rooms I saw during my stay they were all stained, one in need of repair and detracted from the standard of accommodation. They need to be replaced. The position of the mirror was too far away from the nearest plug which made styling my hair with straighteners difficult. But this was a minor flaw and didn't really bother me.

The rooms are small but very clean. Cosy, everything worked perfectly, the rooms contained all the necessary things: teapot area, water, towels, soap, shower gell etc. The staff was very helpfull too. Breakfast was good. Dinner was fixed for the day: soup, main course and a drink any extras for an additional pay. The day we left it was early so we asked for breakfast to take out and the kitchen staff prepared us a very nice packet of food, thank you!!!

Good value hotel, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly helpful staff. Room very clean and perfect for our stay. Easily accessible to using the tram from the train station. Opposite the shopping centre so very convenient. Only a 15 minute walk along the river to the Old Town or 5 minutes on the tram. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Mrs receptionist laughed at my terrible jokes - which is nice. The place felt relly comfy, ALL of staff was really helpful and nice. Very quiet and peaceful place. Probably gonna use this place services during next stay at Bydgoszcz within few weeks. Also the location is amazing. And shower! - I can't really recall any other hotel with this nice and strong water pressure and very good range of temperature

I'm not sure why we're doing it in english but alright - As a owner of company working around floors, floor renovation and cleaning, its really hard for me not to see stains on the carpet. But keep in mind im exaggerating since it's my field of work, im pretty sure it wouldn't bother anyone else ;)

The man at the reception was very friendly and nice. His English was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a kettle with tea and coffee. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was modern. At the hotel entrance was a bowl of water for dogs who were welcome to stay here. Parking was 50 zł a night.

The carpet in the bedroom had stains and some holes.

The hotel is well situated and met my requirements. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable with ample storage for 1 person. The shower is great with good water pressure and temperature control. The hotel is clean and well presented and the breakfast offered a good selection to choose from.

The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the storage adequate for my needs. The hotel is quiet. I wasn't here to explore but the location for me was just what I wanted. It's a short taxi ride away from the airport.

My only comment is that the carpet in my room was damaged and was quite stained in places.

The hotel is well situated, close to shops and restaurants. The old market square is a 15 minute walk away. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable with a lovely shower and air conditioning. The staff responsible for cleaning are visible and I've seen them washing doors, paintwork and hoovering the passageways.

Excellent value for money, spacious and modern rooms in an ideal location. Friendly staff and good facilities. Free WiFi, bottled water and tea/coffee was a nice plus for the price of the room.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was, could have had more options. Lack of shower curtain or door meant the bathroom floor got quite wet.
