We got the one bedroom apartment which was really spacious and comfy. It also got a huge terrace, but during our stay it rained non stop so we couldn’t enjoy it too much. The breakfast is very good, with a la carte “mains”, like eggs or avocado toast, plus a big selection of sweets and pastries. Having a coffee shop across the street definitely helps delivering great treats to the clients.

There are not so many storage options for clothing, which for a longer stay can be a little inconvenient. Fridays and saturdays are party days in the surroundings, with one club just across an alley from the hotel. Although the place is well soundproofed, we could feel the music through vibrations.

We arrived late at night and there was a pretty simple method to access the property after reception has closed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded which was great. The following morning we came down for breakfast and there was a wonderful choice of breads, pastries, with lovely coffee and fresh fruit and juices even Prosecco was available. We ordered a hot breakfast off the menu which was brought out to us. Overall a fantastic stay over in Bydgoszcz. Thank you to all the team.

Wonderful staff, incredible breakfast....oh yeah, the hotel and facilities were beautiful, comfortable and modern. As soon as you walk into the hotel you enter a wonderful spa like aroma and feel. I truly enjoyed this stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Honestly the entire experience was fantastic. If I am nit picking just a little bit to put something in here for possible improvement, the sauna 'booking system' is a bit awkward ...I completely understand the notice to the staff to turn it on 1 hour before to save electricity when not in use, but it seemed a bit too controlled on booking times and only letting in one person at a time which meant it was not always possible to get into it. Seems like it was almost a leftover COVID health policy but I feel like we are beyond that now. Again...this is only nit picking and overall my stay was wonderful!

99% of this property, location, staff, cleanliness is top class. So why have we knocked off 1%? Well, try hanging up a wet towel after a shower in room102. For some bizarre reason, there are no hooks anywhere in the bathroom and you need to be at least 8 foot tall to drape them over the wall mounted radiator -which is unbelievably high on the wall above the toilet. My wife is of the opinion that the bathroom was designed by a man - as she points out, no woman would ever not put towel hooks in a bathroom. I wonder if she’s correct? Let’s see if the management of Residence Sowa read our comments and reply. Other than this minor observation, let me assure anyone who stays at Sowa that it’s really really good - in fact just 1% off excellent.

The best hotel we stayed at so far. Absolutely fabulous staff and always there to help . Sauna was lovely. Breakfast was amazing...everything was just perfect ! Hotel room very clean with great terrace overviewing the river. Hope we get a chance to stay there again . Thank you for such nice experience.

fantastic breakfast with super hot food menu, plus all the cold buffet options and great cakes. good carrot cake in reception on arrival too. room was modern and fresh. very comfortable bed, lovely coffee machine. perfect location for the old town and great restaurants on the doorstep.

Car park is a bit of a faff to get into, I had to park in pay and display until I had checked in and found out how to access the private car park.

The hotel is lovely and met expectations. It felt boutique. The cooked element of the breakfast was great, though a few too many sweet tooth options. The best aspect about the hotel were the staff, in particular Alex and Marta (Maria?). Alex was super helpful and went out of his way to make dinner and travel reservations for me. The measure of how good a hotel is whether you would go back, and that is an unequivocal yes for me.

The breakfast was a bomb! It was not a buffet breakfast but upon a menu, and it was very good.

There is nothing to be improved, some guests complained about the noise is in evenings but it is because the hotel in the very centre and there are restaurants on this streets with live music which creates this noise. So you can just go downstairs and enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The noise will be off by 11 pm so it is totally nice and quiet at the night time

Arrived late but was still welcomed by a professional Rezydencja Sowa staff member. Sowa is located close to lots of restaurants and bars. Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Parking is close, using your phone to open the gate (you do have to pay extra for parking). I checked out in the morning, but returned in the afternoon for a quick change before heading to the airport. Again staff was most helpful, letting me use the changing room downstairs. All in all great experience even though I was only there for a short period.

Superb location. Beautiful Room and Bathroom. Breakfast superb 5 star touches with amazing fresh food , desserts and champagne. Staff I met were very nice.
