The apartment was modern, clean, and very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—central, yet quiet, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The bed was very comfortable, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light.

There was nothing major to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would be that the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference.

Check-in is all automated, so make sure you have a bank card or credit card that works in Europe. The machine has a setting for English. The apartment is great, clean. There’s a small kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates and ustensiles you will need for a short stay. Microwave, fridge and cooking top are also there. Good sized bathroom and living room. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were not allowing much sunlight in when closed. Netflix is provided with the TV set. There’s also a convenient USB charging station. The hotel is close to an amazing pool/gym complex. Also near the river if you want to take a stroll or run along. The hotel is in many bus routes, one took me directly to my work location. You can pay for the bus on the bus itself with your bank card. There is also a tram to downtown from a different street. Walking downtown is about 15 minutes.

WiFi is included and performance was not great.

The property is amazing - beautiful interiors with everything you need from crockery, coffee machine, hair drier, fridge etc - all new and really clean. The hotel has perfect location close to all city attractions with beautiful views from the window and lovely terrace. Easy to check in and out - the staff is really helpful and goes an extra mile to accommodate all your needs. Highly recommended - will book again when Ill be visiting Bydgoszcz in the future. Apartment was very modern in good location, close to old town and swimming pool. Very quickly respond from the management. Big TV on the wall with Netflix and other channels. When child need bit of rest was handy.

In description this apartment showing up as two bedrooms, we're badly suprise that was only one room plus living room with kitchen aneks and pull out couch as a bed. I presume that normal for polish standard. In mostly Europe this will be listed as one bedroom apartment. Other thing that I didn't like it was this two rooms wasn't completely divided, was fine for 3 nights but longer then that will be an issue for us. One more thing two apartments are badly divided by few plant bushes so one of the night I seen something that I shouldn't, lucky wasn't my daughter. I think that could be easily sorted by the management.

The room was clean and brand new, nice and spacious, had all the things you need, kettle, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, hob as well next to the sink. Bathroom was really nice too. Couldn't fault it. 5 minute walk to train station.

Only 2 things were slightly annoying, Could not check in until 3, so we're denied access to the check in area, until 10 minutes before, with it being -5 outside, not the greatest thing. And no human contact available at reception if anything went wrong

I picked the hotel bacause of it's location - close enough to the raylway station. It was nice surprize - there was Netflix in English and German too! All missing instructions (except in Polish) was found eventually on the label printed finishing check-in.

The house guidance was in Polish only - I got a bit confused to find my room (there wasn't reciptionist on weekend too). Missing toothpaste.

Everything was 10/10! absolutely beautiful, modern and incredibly spotless clean apartment, easy check in and out, great for a family with baby, friendly staff, good location, please open hotel like this in Warsaw!

Kitchen needs wine and bottle opener :-) Pillows for me were too hard and too high, so I had to sleep flat on the bed, I would suggest to mix them up and get two softer and flatter ones.

The name of the room says it all. “Dubai” A little closer to the city centre would have been nice.

The appartment under us was holding a party so it was difficult to sleep the first night but the rest of the stay was fine.

Great location within walking distance if main train station and trams/buses. Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a stay. Very clean and well maintained. Although it seemed to be a quiet area, local shop across the road and just a 5 minute walk to the river which had a leisurely walk into the centre.

Initial confusion about checking in early but easily resolved with a quick call to the number provided.

My visit was perfect. Everything worked like a dream. It was all automated but worked well.

No real criticisms but would have liked a bedside lamp. Had to get out of bed to turn off light at night!
