Location of this hotel is great - it’s 30 second walk from the front door to nearest public transport bus hub, 1-2 minute walk to the nearest bus/tram interchange so it’s very convinient if you want to get around and even out of the city. It’s also 3 minute walk from Stary Rynek squere and surrounding old town with all the cafés, pubs and restaurants. Or you can walk 1 minute to the river bank and walk straight to Wyspa Mlynska with it’s greens and contemporary structures mixing with historical buildings. There’s also a’la carte restaurant with beer on tap of you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. The rooms have got air conditioning.

It wasn’t bothering me that much personally but city centre location and closenes to public transport comes at a price - the hotel is right next to quite a busy street. My room was located on the side of the building with balcony overlooking a small riverside park and roadway/tram bridge in some distance over the river - the noise wasn’t actually that much of an issue when using the balcony and with balcony door and windows closed it was hardly noticeble.

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable, nice large bed. We appreciated the bottles of water provided. We liked that we could opt out of room service when we chose. The location was perfect for us - easy walk to conference centre and restaurants. The breakfast was superb - we loved having fresh fruits, omelettes made to order and proper teapots. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna; if we had had more free time, a pool would be a good addition. The price was reasonable, given the quality and location.

One day we left a towel on the floor but it wasn't replaced. Room (115) was described as having a "river view", but "river glympse" would be more accurate - you could barely make out a tiny stretch of water between the trees.

Location was ideal.

Extra charge for parking at hotel in all fairness with the cost of the room you would of thought that would of been included. Room was a bit tatty in places. Dirty marks on curtains. Balcony decking was lifting in places tripped over. Outdoor seat cushions not tidy mismatch. Bath plug drain lever didn't work had to pull plug itself. Shower holder broken not holding shower head.

Excellent location just a few steps away from the riverside and the historical centre of the city. Large room (we had a King Suite), with quite comfy beds. Lots of space and light. A fancy coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very good.

Still, it'd be great if there was a selection of pillows - those we had were too soft. The master bedroom with a private bathroom is great, but not suitable to 100% of visitors due to the fact that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a fully transparent glass wall. That might be kinda ok for romantic weekend, but with family - doubtful. Also the entrance to the parking is quite tricky - very narrow, while you have to make a L-turn in a very limited space to get in.

I only stayed one night. I arrived from the main railway station much too early for check-in and was allowed to leave my bags in secure storage. I took the opportunity to tour the old town. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I had an evening meal in the bar/restaurant which was very nice. The staff here and in reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the old town. For me as a solo traveller, it was easily accessible by tram from the main railway station and is on the number 80 airport bus route; so convenient for me to get my morning flight.

The room lighting was superbly done, creating a cozy ambiance. The mattress was incredibly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And the bathroom was simply beautfiul. Also, it was great to see that the hotel provides basic higiene assets in case someone forgot it.

The temperature in the room was very high and there was hardly any way to make it not so hot out there. The air was sweltering and sometimes it was difficult to breathe. In fact there is the Air Condition in the room, but it took a long time to feel any slight result of it being turned on.

Super friendly, helpful and welcoming Team at the reception. Tasty breakfasts. Very good hotel location. The room had enough light, which was great and unusual for hotels.

The room was really dirty. Dirty walls splashed with e.g. coffee, dirty, poorly vacuumed carpet also splashed with coffee. A desk sticky with dirt. It would be enough to wash the walls and desk with a wet cloth. We would return to the hotel but only because of the friendly Reception Team. The room was not worth the price due to dirt.

Breakfast was lovely. Ample choice, with good coffee. The breakfast room was light and airy and very pleasant. Restaurant/ bar staff were warm and welcoming. Our room with a balcony and river view was also very clean and spacious enough. Location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it is located close to the main square with many restaurants and bars.

Being picky here- but we couldn't get the room temp up. It felt a bit chilly at times. TV viewing choices were limited as all entertainment was dubbed in Polish - sadly, we don't yet speak Polish, so apart from watching non-stop coverage of the war on CNN, there was nothing else to watch.

Room was spacious and well equipped, but not really soundproof. Great breakfast with lots of options. Location couldn't be better, close to the Old Town, well connected by public transport.

It was a bit too loud (hotel is close to the street). Pillows were too soft and I only mention that because before transition to Qubus the pillows were outstanding.

The hotel room was spacious and pristine clean, plus we had plenty of free beverages and snack food too. The hotel is right behind the city center and it couldn't be better located, right at the right distance from the noise, right at the right distance from the action! Bar was excellent too.

I've inquired why there were no constraints to reach the rooms from an outsider and I was told there is a good CCTV system. Good answer, but not entirely satisfied with that. Price of parking too expensive for a city like Bydgoszcz,
