Safe, off-road parking, excellent quality bfast & restaurant a stand-out. Even had small sandwiches pre-prepared for the road at bfast, take away coffee cups - a nice touch for those of us travelling on. The small things matter. The staff were excellent & spoke English. Clean rooms, bed linen, bathtowells clean, white, luxurious, shower large accessible even for us big guys (1.9m). I would highly recommend this hotel. We will visit again am sure.

If i had a comment, umm, not a fan of those plastic sheets covering mattresses but understand the necessity sometimes.

I really liked everything. Firstly, the main goal of this hotel is the client. We were impressed with the care of their guests. We arrived late in the evening, but the check-in process was very fast and the staff were extremely helpful. Therefore, we got extra free drinks at the bar as a gift for arrival. The room was perfect, quiet, clean, well-designed. There were a lot of small details which showed how important you are as a guest (coffee, snacks, drinks etc.). There were a lot of details about saving the earth with eco-friendly policies, bio meals, ecological perfumes, and remainders how important do not waist water. Breakfast was also perfect. There was a lot of food from local farms, and they are proud that they support their local farmers. They also prepared sandwiches in paper bags for those who want to have a snack for the forward journey. After checkout, the staff gave a lovely goodbye gift to our family. The hotel officially is 3 stars, but it seems that you stayed in 5 star hotel. Definitely my first 10/10. I am really proud that i had a chance to be the guest of that hotel. I really wish them the best of luck, because they are an example of how people can work with love and passion.

Warm welcome, helpful staff, excellent room, delicious dinner and a garden to sit in. Everything was good. Our room was very well-equipped with a balcony. The bathroom was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. We booked an early dinner and the food was excellent. Our waitress, Gaja, served us perfectly and congratulated us on our pronunciation of the Polish words we knew. She also advised us on how much time to allow to drive into the centre of Łódź the next day. After dinner we enjoyed a beer, sitting in the sunny garden. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a quiet nice location out of town, seems rather newly renovated. The best part was its excellent breakfast - one of the best i have seen in similar hotels.

The room was incredibly noisy, for some reason the staff decided to do very loud works until 3 AM. We called to the reception about the noise, but they kept rolling huge trolleys full of cutlery or whatever, making it impossible to sleep for the whole night.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! I travel through Poland often and am happy to always stay here. Everything is luxurious: modern beautiful design, super clean smiling and super friendly (English speaking) staff. The price/quality is very reasonable! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing!

Was all great - maybe if they had a pool or an entertainment room it could be even better.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel had a sauna, but we didn't use it. It does need a swimming pool for something to do as it's out the way from anything. If you like to relax and let the world go by, then this is the place to do so. The hotel has a nice view in the garden overlooking the pond with somewhere to relax and have a drink.

Room well equipped, clean, spacefull, and with good facilities. Staff very polite and helpful. Appreciate the hotel sign straight from the street as Navi does not always work properly in small towns. Very helpful. Big and free parking. Kettle tea and coffe in the room. Clean bathroom. Good local food and drinks in the restaurant. Highly recommended place. Thank you for hosting me.

I had a bad lack with a spider sitting in the leaflets in the box on the table. I am not taking this as a minus for the hotel because it happens. And if no one looked into the leaflet box for a while, cleaning staff simply do not look into it. So not really a disadvantage, but just a side note :-) It would be also good to have a support for a rceptionist when she/he is alone. When guests arrive one after another, it takes a long time to check in.

Big food variety on breakfast! Big parking! Big room for 4 person.

We booked room for 4 persons and when we arrived, beds were prepared only for 2 persons, unpleasant moment! Although I mentioned arrival time and they accepted it and had time to prepare, but for some reason, room stayed standartly for 2 persons, so we needed to ask missing bed linen!

Exceptionally good breakfast. I especially liked the different bread spreads. The dogs were taken into account - there was a tiny park with bins - very thoughful. The room was bigger than expected. On departure, we received a small good-bye bag. The restaurant was a nice suprise.

I was pretty satisfied with the hotel. The only thing, I do not understand is why is the lake fenced. The staff could have been a bit more attentive, but I give them 4/5 :)

Your hotel exceeded expectations by 100%. The room is spacious, comfortable, very clean. The room has access to a private terrace. The food selection is extremely varied, exquisite and very tasty. The courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff was very pleasant. There were also surprises on arrival and departure. We were very impressed. Very much appreciated. We will definitely come again. Our highest recommendations.
