This hotel is in a good location, and I was able to get an Uber or public transportation easily. The room was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. I was traveling with my elderly mother and the first room we were given was in an adjacent building with no lift. We were given that room out of courtesy because there was a wedding reception that weekend and this room would be far away from the festivities and noise. But, since my mother could not use the stairs, the staff were quick to find another room for us in the main building with a lift, and they put us at the end of a hallway as far away as possible from the noise. We really appreciated the extra thought put into the room location and the courtesy of finding the quietest room possible. The reception was indeed loud, but we could not hear it in the room when we went to bed, and it was no bother at all. It was actually nice to see everyone dressed up and having a great time when we arrived at the hotel that evening! By the way, the reception room was beautifully decorated if you are thinking of a space for such an event. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but I'm spoiled with a temper-pedic bed and it's hard for me to get comfortable anywhere outside of home. I do want to stress that the room and bathroom were very clean! For breakfast we had many options, and the coffee machine was great. We were there for 2 breakfasts and each morning we had some of the same options and some new ones laid out on the buffet. Everything was presented nicely. I would definitely stay there again and want to emphasize that the staff was really wonderful and did everything they could to make this a pleasant stay for us.

We booked apartment and it was great. Very spacious room,big bed,sofa and what I loved was beautiful bathroom,bigger than usual hotel bathrooms. Staff was helpful and polite at any time of the day and night. I really recommend it. Location is great as it is in a city centre with easy access to everything.

Breakfast was sufficient, good variety of food. Room was very spacey. Restaurant available in the evening. Good place to rest. Elevator present.

Magnetic card was not working for our room door. Reception gave us a spare key...

The staff was very friendly and supportive. They helped me a lot as I don't know Polish. Housekeeping was great + laundry service.

Bed, bed and again bed. Cover in mattress was horrible, and also you could hear all the nuances of sex of neighbors.

Fantastic breakfast and very professional and friendly receptionist. Quiet Room, was cleaned every day and water bottles supplied as well.

Thin walls, I could hear people next door having "good time" 🫣. Pillows not firm enough, rather poor quality polyester.

i didn't like bad, it was awful. They use very hard covers for mattress, which usually is used for kids not to allow the pee to access the mattress. is it suitable for hotel and for adults???

Supprisingly good hotel in Pabianice. Clean nice rooms. Easy free parking. Good breakfast, nice presentation of the meals. Excellent restaurant under the roof. Friendly personell.

Located in the center of town, it’s surroundings are beautifully decorated with plants. The rooms are small, but adequate. The breakfast is plentiful, and the staff- very helpful.

My key card did not work, so I was given a physical key. Not a big deal
