Exceeded Expectations My stay was far surpassing what I expected from a budget hostel. everything was well-organized and comfortable, making it a great choice for travelers. No additional or hidden fees, despite what the website might suggest. Everything was included in the price, which was a refreshing change. The location is easily accessible, with convenient and secure parking, which made arriving stress-free. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers, so I never had to wait. The facilities were in excellent condition, with everything in working order. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, plus a separate dining area Hostel is part of a reputable hotel chain There’s a excellent japanese cuisine restaurant on the ground floor next door away

My 3 night stay fully met my expectations. The staff on reception were very welcoming . The Hostel on a quiet street is a cross between a hotel and hostel. No restaurant but there was a kitchen to with equipment to make hot drinks , a good microwave heat up food and a small fridge to store food. Nothing is provided but there is a Zabka shop from which to buy supplies. My only slight criticism is that more cutlery such as knives 🔪 and forks 🍴 needs to be provided. Maybe some guests take these to their rooms. But more do need to put out . On the same street very close by are a lovely student pub, a kebab and a Vietnamese cafe bar. Also another Polish bar that served food so the nearby facilities were very convenient. I never used a taxi and was able to find my way from the train station by public transport. I guess the price of a taxi might be around 50 zloty or £10 . Maybe less? When I return to Lodz , I would certainly book a room at the Hostel again.

It might be useful for the hotel to provide some info on local bus transport on how to get to the city centre. Travellers can pick up lots of information from the excellent tourist office but this a long way from the Boutique hostel.

For one night, it was ok. The bed was comfortable enough, there was also a little table (a "coffee-table" type) and a nice shelf, so there was enough space to put my belongings. There was also a sink in the room, which was really useful. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen area is equiped very modestly, but if you don't plan to cook and just need to boil some water every once in a while, that's enough. Also, the personnel was very kind and professional, in a way reminding places of much higher standard, which I really appreciated. At the same time, the price is not high, so in general it was quite good.

The corridors are very narrow. I confirm what was said in some other opinions about the acoustcs of the corridors: it's true you can hear every door shutting down. There was no wardrobe in my room, just a hanger and a shelf - not a big deal, but maybe you'd want to know if you're staying longer. The number of bathrooms is too small in my opinion; in March it wasn't a problem, but I imagine in the high season it might be. The kitchen area is on the ground floor, so it's quite a distance from the rooms.

Good value for price, good location, clean, nice staff, comfortable bed, ok for one night

Good location, a nice park nearby and access to buses and trams is in walking distance. The staff was helpful and a big thank you to Anetta who was very kind when extending my stay at the hostel two times. The sheets were clean and towels provided. The shower rooms and toilets are well maintained and clean as well. Thanks for hosting.

The room was clean and big. Good location. Cheap and it fits to our needs. The stuff was helpful, e.g. to store our luggage on the check-out day.

And also quiet, except closing the doors was very loud noise. Of one room, the card locker of the door was not working, so they gave us a key.

Price, location, facilities, extremely nice and professional front of the house staff. The receptionist was so lovely that the check in process was smooth and pleasant.

Some noise from the street until midnight I think. It was not too bad, but if the window is open you hear the crowd quite loudly. Minor issue though.

Private room for individuals. Big "private" toilets and showers. (You can lock yourself in whole room in which is just toilet or shower)

Without net on the window. For the whole evening there was a sound of water dripping, so it was quite hard to get asleep. Toilets are a bit hard to find.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the city centre and also restaurants nearby. Great staff who are helpful and available 24/7

The walls are thin hence when other guests speak or make noise in hallway it is very easy to hear them and this can be annoying.

Good location, close to city center, free inside parking, good choice with discount price.

The common kitchen is really small, not enough plates, very small refrigerator. We were during low season, there was minimum guests, but in the hot season it is not very convenient
