The accommodation is not far from the train station (if traveling by train from Warsaw). The apartment is located on "Piotrkowska" -street, which is full of restaurants, bars, and life. The accommodation was clean, and the apartment was fantastic with a view of the courtyard. There is a restaurant as well connected with the hotel (shich serves the breakfast - additional cost). Have not tried the breakfast. A small kitchenette in the apartment with everything necessary for a short stay. The reception is open 24/7. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The internet connection was good.

It can be noisy from time to time. You can hear neighbors in the hallway and (probably the staff?) dragging carts back and forth from the restaurant located in the courtyard.

Firstly, the receptionist was absolutely amazing—helpful, friendly, and informative. The room was spacious enough, clean, with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. Additionally, there was a kitchen with tea and coffee, and in the morning, you could grab a small bite for breakfast—amazing! The location was just a five-minute walk from the main train station.

It was hard to communicate with staff while proceeding booking. They provided short answers or copy pasted information. It wasn’t clear if we will have parking spot or not. Also, it’s a bit complicated to get with a car as the property is in the main Street. They didn’t provide any information how to drive to the hotel only several options where you can leave the car. But as a guest you don’t have time to run around different parking locations and enough knowledge in an unfamiliar city.Also, if you are coming with a big car - do not try to park next to the hotel. Simply, you won’t have enough space to get in the parking lot.

Town center. Windows go into internal yard with restaurant in it - the restaurant did not work late, so everything got quite as soon as it closed.

Old town has its cost - no parking. But it was not that bad - possible to find a paid parking on the street in just 5min walking distance.

Top location in Łódź, beautiful building, simple but nice rooms, parking with an extra fee possible

To make the stay perfect I would suggest to add an extra pillow (just one per person is not enough to comfortably sit in a bed). Overall very nice breakfast - freshly prepared scrambled eggs would make it perfect :)

Cute & comfy older style one room studio apartment in charming laneway above a restaurant. Staff very helpful, free coffee in reception any time..Breakfast available if needed.Right on Piotrkowska which is a fabulous avenue of food & drink. Lodz itself fascinating blend of old & new- great Street Art, science museums etc.

Interior design, clean, location, personnel! Located in excellent location in Piotrkowska street. It was very very quiet in the room in the night, you can't hear any noises from outside. Excellent sound & noise protection.

The hotel is located in the quiet heart of Lodz, right on the promenade, and there's a very decent Italian restaurant next door. There are parking spots available for an extra fee, though those can't be booked ahead of time.

This is a minor thing, but we lived on the fourth floor... and the stairs are REALLY steep! It was no fun climbing them with a ton of suitcases and bags, and a couple of small dogs to boot. :) The parking space, while much appreciated, was extremely cramped and difficult to maneuver in (but there's little to be done about that, as it's located in the cramped inner yard).

Building and design, form that you have apartment but still hotel support. Also feeling safe. Brilliant location.

No cutlery. Would prefer bigger cups for tea.
