I had a wonderful stay! -The staff were very helpful, always smiling, and exceptionally polite, which greatly enhanced the experience -The adults-only spa was a highlight, especially the unique "shower of sensations," which was incredibly relaxing. The spa's opening hours were convenient, allowing plenty of time to unwind. -The hotel's location is ideal—just a 20-minute drive from the airport and a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city center. -The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety to start the day. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and indulgence—highly recommend!

While my stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few downsides. -The white towels in the room appeared yellowed, which was a bit disappointing. -The parking fees were quite expensive per night, adding an unexpected cost. -Additionally, the lounge bar was closed on Sunday, which was inconvenient for those looking to relax there. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still positive, but these aspects could use improvement.

Great location especially for tourists . The rooms where very clean

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet was always empty of eggs etc as the staff spent most of their time huddled together around the till on their phones. The same with reception always either reading a book or on their phones. The only staff that wasn’t was housekeeping and the leisure pool staff . The restaurant was empty at night time and let me tell you why your food is awful if your child doesn’t like chicken nuggets you’ve had it as that’s the only choice. The steak was tasteless and chewy my wife’s salad was curly up and black at the edges and for a 4star hotel it simply isn’t good enough

We stayed only for a night while driving through Poland, and checked in very late. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a late check-out for the next day, which gave us enough time to enjoy the amazing breakfast and take a few laps around the pool - we even tried the whirlpool! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really big and comfy. The parking garage is not the cheapest, but has enough space for easy and convenient parking.

The exit from the parking garage to the lobby was a bit confusing if you parked on the wrong side (look for elevator signs when parking).

Very spacious hotel with large lobby, restaurant, lots of parking. Close to a large shopping centre, public transport and film museum. Hotel pool was very large and never busy. Mostly clean and tidy. Good breakfast buffet.

The sink had a bad odour and the bathroom door lock was broken. Toilet seat was fitted wonky. Some dodgy areas around the hotel including construction sites. Reception staff appeared disinterested and could have been more helpful as they were never busy (other than looking at their phones). Mattress was quite soft with a topper that kept sliding down the bed. Bed linen was tired with holes in places.

Very good food. Breakfast and the restaurant is serving very delicious food. The room was spacious for a 4 family members. Also great swiming pool area.

Need a bit more acurate cleaning as there were spider webs hanging in the corners, and dust in the corners next to beds. Also found someones dirty tshirt in the wardrobe. The tv remote controler was missing, but i asked and staff brought it straight away, but the tv remote controler was very sticky and dirty again 🤢

Underground parking. Quite modern room with comfortable sofa for sleeping. Water in room. I believe spa zone would be nice too, but we check in too late, and we were unable to try spa zone in the evening.

I would say this is not family hotel, kids were disappointed with breakfast. Also it's quite tricky with elevator, you can't get without room card to 3 and higher floors, but information is not so visible. Later we seen so many people lost in elevator, driving back and forth.

I liked the room. It was clean and well-kept. The breakfast was a separate story of this stay; very tasteful, with a wide selection of dishes, it can fulfil the expectations of any hotel guest. The restaurant menu is short but composed of testy meals related to the local and historical cuisine of Łódź—The City of Four Cultures. The hotel's bar is very well-stocked and has nice and professional tenders.

I haven't found anything negative.

Very good location, easy to find with car and great parking next to hotel. Very modern, comfort and nice hotel. Staff was extra friendly, specially staff in restaurant. We arriver half of hour before closing restaurant and all menu was available. Food was delicious, eating took longer time and we left restaurant half hour after official closing time. And nobody hurried us, no pressure to eat faster. It was first time in my life to feel so welcome even if it mean overtime work for staff. Room was cozy, big and comfort, bed also. Breakfast was excellent, many variants of food and drinks. Definitely will come again.

I love this hotel because it is really nice designed, really elegant, has lots of facilities like gym, swiming pool, tarrace, nice bar, lots of space, parking and astonishing view from upper level (my room was on 10th floor, the last one, I had a chance to sit in comfy room with huge window and enjoiyng sunset above the city). Breakfast was fresh and tasty with lots of opportunieties. This hotel is really spacious, lots of conference space. What I really like is interior design in lobby. Free coffee everywhere. Just love the place, it was my second time. And last but not least, you can reach popular OFF Piotrowska in few minutes by foot. Or if you are filmmaker, like me, or you want to visit Lodz Film School, one of the greatest film school in the world, it is right behind the corner. For those who like "postindustrial" city parts, you need to know that few minutes walk is so called Ksiezy Mlyn, beautiful area.

I don't like only one thing, but it is nothing: you need to change an elevator if you want to go to the spa/fitness area, nothing, but sometimes confusing :)

I had a very good stay at this 4-star hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was very spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the interior courtyard, which made it very quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. Overall, I was really satisfied with the comfort and calm atmosphere, and I would happily stay here again.
