The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was okay. The swimming pool and spa were also fine, though the pool is more suitable for children. Adults can stand at any point in it. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and the shower fixtures were old. A major issue was the air in the room. There was no fresh air coming in. If the air conditioner is on, you can’t open the window, and if you open the window, it becomes too hot and humid. I also had a serious problem with the room’s exit door. The automatic card system didn’t work well sometimes I had to pull the door for 3 minutes to get it open, and other times it opened in 3 seconds. It was a really frustrating experience.

The pool was very nice and never too busy (at least during my stay) The room was lovely with a view of the city, which was a bonus. We could watch the sunrise and set. It was also extra large with a separate room with table, chairs, fridge. This was nice since my husband likes to read late and I tend to go to sleep early. Breakfast had a very wide selection, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals etc. The coffee machines made good, strong coffee-:)

The free wifi was a bit unstable from our corner room, but this is not a big problem, The wifi was stronger in the second room and in the breakfast restaurant.

The breakfast provided at the Ambasador Premium adjacent had an enormous range of good quality choices. The evening meal which I had in the same restaurant was also very enjoyable. The bathroom and shower were well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for tram stops although the road was a race track. I was fortunate to have a room at the rear of the hotel. Tea making facilities in the room was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful.

The pillows were too soft for me. The air conditioning was a little strange and was partially controlled from the reception area. I could not get a cool temperature with a low fan setting.

The hotel staff were excellent as we do not speak Polish. The breakfast was superb & the location was fine when we knew the tram & bus set up. The room was what we expected & very clean

Once the tram & bus situation was sorted it was fine. If you had to walk it was a long way to the food & drink areas

The hotel is well-located, has a (paid) parking place underground, swimming pool is an advantage when staying with children, breakfast was nice.

Attention to detail. I do not request much but if a booking is for 4 persons, and the standard room is for 3 people, assuming that the small child is sleeping with parents, I expect to find an extra pillow at least in the closet the same as an extra towel. This is a marketing textbook example about treating clients as cash flow.

this is the second time that my family booked at Centrum, although the breakfast was good, we noticed that it's the same set of foods. please consider different breakfast style monthly or every 2 months. Parking should be free for hotel customers.

Clean, spacious room, polite staff, nice various breakfast for both adults and kids

Everything was nice except for the gym's working hours (from 9 a.m. on weekends). It's supposed to be firstly gym, and afterwords breakfast but not vice-versa. And it should be written on booking.com (I didn't find any info).

The hotel, the room, the service, the restaurant were all nice.

We stayed here for 1 night in order to also visit the SPA center but realized it works only from 9 am till 9 pm without informing that on the description. We learnt the working hours only upon arrival to the desk. It made impossible to visit SPA late in the evening as well as in the morning.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious. It is within walking distance to the shopping centre Gazela, fairly close to Piotrkowska Street, and the tram was close. There was a variety of bread, cakes, salads, eggs, meats, cereals, and juices for breakfast.

There were no chicken or beef sausages or salami for breakfast (only pork).
