1. Perfect location! On Piotrkowska street, in its best part with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby , but a little in the courtyards. So, the hotel was central, but quiet. We slept well! 2. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Blackouts on the windows to provide privacy and block sunshine in the early morning. 3. Car parking available. Though not free, but at a reasonable price of 40 złt per day. 4. Attentive and helpful personnel at the reception. 5. Good breakfast and a really nice coffee!

1. Thin walls, poor sound insulation. We heard all conversations (word for word!) in the next room, though people there were just talking, not shouting. 2. The furniture is a little shabby and needs renovation. 3. No lift, but it's not a problem for us. 4.There is very little space on one side of the bed. So, the nightstand does not fit, there is nowhere to put the phone. And it is impossible to approach the bed from this side

The location is superb. Close to everywhere and there are shops and supermarkets nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing with lot of healthy, tasty and fresh alternatives. There is a personnele at the reception for 24 hours, so if you need anything or have to check out early it would not be problem.

The first day the wifi was not working in my room. When I asked for help they tried to fix it but when it has failed then they changed my room. So, this was a very kind attitude. Sanitary kits are on demand and you have to pay for it. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the snoring from the next room.

Staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Mateusz. Breakfast was great, tasty with choices for everyone. The location great, close to everywhere at Piotrkowska. Fridge in the room was very helpful.

Room a bit tired, some refurbishment would be for advantage but still standard of the room I would rate as a high. Because of a bank holiday was quite loud. We could hear people from the street till late hours and hotel guest returning late, not respecting the other guests (banging the doors etc.) but it’s not a hotel fault.

Very good location, proper front-desk with friendly&stylish :) staff, clean room, calm; the backyard it's located in can only be entered with a code/key at night (good for safety). My room (top floor) got a bit warm, but there's air con. I also could leave my luggage after checkout. Did not try the breakfast. Keep in mind that top floors don't have an elevator. I don't count it as negative as it's clear from the description, but maybe communicate with them beforehand in terms of which floor you wanna be on.

Tucked away in an inner courtyard right off the great Piotrkowska Street was this unique B&B. Helpful staff, a tasteful arranged breakfast Buffet with lots of delicious things to choose from in a stylish room. We just booked one night. But there is so much to enjoy and explore in Lodz. We should have stayed at least 2 nights.

It was bank holiday weekend that’s why it was quite loud on the Piotrkowska and the people were coming back late to their rooms-not always respecting the others, but it’s not a hotel fault.

All was nice, confortable rest in the middle of city, but as the hotel is in backyard, it was really calm and relaxing. We enjoyed. Easy reachable with transport.

Take into account that there is no elevator, just stairs. But that was not problem for us.

The beds were comfortable. A bottle of water was prepared in the room:) A kettle, cups, coffee/tea/sugar are available in the room. For breakfast, there were some options to choose from: dairy products, eggs, grilled pork (only one morning out of four:(, sausages, some vegetables; tasty ground coffee. The receptionists were trying to do their best: e.g. called a taxi, found the direction when they were asked for, etc.

The room wasn't cleaned on the first day. There were no fruits for breakfast (at least fruit salad could be served) No choice of cookies. What was really frustrating was that the stuff (except for one lady) were unable to speak English which means it is almost impossible to ask anything or get advice. It seems this is the problem of all Poland. It was rather dark in the room (if you are on business and have to work, it may cause a problem). NB There are steep stairs even to enter the hotel.

The location is very central, right on the main road, yet tucked away in a quiet internal courtyard, providing a peaceful escape from city noise. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay there.

- perfect location on the mainstreet - parking is free, but you have to drive to the back of the building. Better ask for the exact adress of the parking spot in advance - comfortable beds - very clean - good value for money

- breakfast is good but also pretty basic - walls are thin. You can hear conversations from the room next to you (our room was 202) - wifi was pretty bad. Maybe this was a problem with the internet connection in general which was very slow in our room
