They actually did change our accommodation to the main building on the same street: Piotrkowska 120. And I assume for the better. Nice apartment, clean, quite, and equipped with all stuff you need. Very service minded people at the reception desk. Extra bonus is a Cafe downstairs were they treat the guests with free and delicious coffee:-)

No criticism for the place itself. But... to be honest. There is not much to do or see in Lodz. Lots of construction going on in the city right now and everything is concentrated to one long street! Been there. Done that;-)

Perfectly located right in the heart of Lodz by the main street. Very clean, first floor, self check in, good contact with the receptionist by phone, nicely furnished with a coffee machine, it was a nice bonus to have a fresh coffee in the morning. Access to Netflix, big screen flat TV, comfortable beds, separate bedroom for parents, nice and clean bathroom and clean bedding sheets and towels. The property is behind 2 gates to be accessed by a code so it is safe. Highly recommend. Thanks for accommodating us :)

No parking, need to find something in the city and pay extra but we were lucky and found a parking space within a short walking distance.

This apartment is located directly on Piotrkowska, so you are right in the heart of Łódź. It is extremely cozy, stylish and feels very luxurious. Even with 3 people and a dog staying there, due to the good layout it didn't feel crammed. Bonus points for the good shower and complimentary toiletries! I definitely would stay here again.

The location of the apartment is super central going out to the square, a bustling place where people enjoy the night life so the only thing is the noise at night. With the windows closed and earplugs it's okay.

The room, location and the staff were perfect. We travelled with a two-year old and upon arrival were kindly offered an alternative room with windows facing cozy and calmer inner yard instead of the main street. The staff were all very helpful and the room had everything we needed - comfy bed, a little kitchenette with a table, and a nice shower. Would most definitely come back to stay here.

Great location, right in the historic centre. The room itself, although very small, was well equipped. For a solo traveller it was fine.Transport links were very close by.

The promotional photos suggested the room was larger than in reality. It was very tight to get around the, admittedly very large, bed to the wardrobe. For two people, this could have been a problem. The lack of a kitchen sink was a surprise, meaning all dishes need to be washed in the bathroom sink. This should have been made clearer. The corridor lighting needs to be addressed, as it wasn't working on the first and second floors and thus a serious safety hazard. Hopefully, this has now been fixed.

Location, location, location! And the view, apartment's layout, eclectic interior, very nice and helpful staff. Probably I'll be back in some time.

Temperature - but it's maybe only my problem; I feel cold most of the time, and it was winter & -12°C. Washing machine would be very useful during longer stay.

Good chose for the money. Friendly staff, but you should go to another location to get key box codes and receipt - about 15 min, locates the same street. Excellent location - in the heart of the city!

The location was really good, everything nearby, and communication from a reception staff excellent, especially gentlemen ive spoke with late night, he explained everything in polite and professional way helping me with all informations i need it i think his name was Michał Thank you!

Piotrkovska is the main street in Lódz, so the place is awesome.

The bed was not the best, i felt between two beds, they said it is a double size bed but it was just two regular beds next to each others.

The apartment was cozy and the rooms were spacious. Lots of space. The surroundings were wonderful and the view was amazing. Nice atmosphere.

Some kitchen utensils were missing - for example, a spatula.
