This is our third stay at Puro Hotels throughout our vacation in Poland, and also this time didn’t disappoint. The location of the hotel is great, right in front of Manifaktura shopping mall and the beautiful French-style Lodz Museum! Style is relaxed yet refined, rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and smart lighting. What sets this hotel apart is the beautiful views both from rooms, terrace and even from the spa! Another big thumbs up is the bar on the terrace. Cool design, oversized windows, green terrace, and above all the kindest and super professional bartender, suggesting and preparing excellent drinks. We loved spending time up there! Rest assured you will have a great stay, and don’t skip the rooftop drinks!

Climate control a bit confusing, but nothing really worth noting.

This was actually a nice hotel room. There was a refrigerator available with two cans of water for free. The mattress was good and we did sleep well. You have a pillow service which is nice if you want a harder pillow. The shower is big enough and it was pleasant to take a shower in here. There is a big sauna on the 5th floor with a nice view of the old museum on the other side of the street. The things you can get for breakfast are overwhelming. There is a lot. You can't say here that you miss something. You can check-out quite late which is nice if you have to be somewhere else later.

The airconditioning wasn't working in the room. Even with the doors and 'window' closed it didn't work. It can be quite warm during the night. The window itself can't be opened. You have to open a side panel where wind can come through. This is not much. So a working airconditioning would be nice. For coffee or tea you'll have to go down to the lobby on the ground floor. In the room there are no amenities for coffee or tea, which is unfortunate.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Lodz. Walking distance to Piotrkowska st. for all your restaurants and pubs, there is a park across the street if you want to go for a morning jog. The hotel is beautifully designed and done from the lobby all the way up to the bar on the top floor. The bar selection and the bartenders are top notch and it's a pity I only had time for one drink. Breakfast is absolutely amazing although it's not easy to understand if you are not paying attention. I had a great avocado sandwich but you have to order it at the breakfast reception - kind of strange.

The only complaint I would have is the pricing of the drinks. I ordered gin&tonic among other things and they charge you not for a drink but separate for alcohol and tonic - my drink was not served with the bottle of tonic to finish off. I've always thought such practices are a bit of a rip off.

The facilities and staff were very accomodating to our needs. We often stay at this hotel, and are used to the facilities, however as a larger family, we needed more assistance. We got it. Trolley and baggage help, plus access to the special parking spot to load and unload our bags was very helpful. Also, we got a special present for a birthday in our group.

Breakfast buffet was quite depleted when we arrived at 8am, and took some time to replenish. No loading area in the front of the hotel meant we had to improvise and park around the corner and make several trips with baby items.

It's a very smart and presentable hotel. It has a very relaxed, chilled and quiet atmosphere about it. Along with the rooms, the hotel is very well decorated and presented. The rooms are definitely very comfortable and a very quiet sleep, despite being next to the lift. The staff were brilliant, always friendly and helpful. Would book a Puro hotel again.

Not a lot, nothing springs to mind, but more drink making facilities apart from the coffee maker would be a good addition. Otherwise, no grumbles here.

I had a fantastic stay at Puro Łódź. I especially appreciated the spacious room that provided ample comfort and freedom to move around. The room was impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's high standards. I also loved the convenience of having coffee and tea available 24/7, which was a delightful touch. Additionally, the small gym was a bonus for staying active, and the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend Puro Łódź for anyone seeking quality and comfort.

One downside was that sometimes I could hear sounds coming from another room, which slightly disrupted the overall tranquility.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in Łódź multiple times, and it has always been a fantastic experience. It’s a complete hotel, truly a reference in the city, and I recommend it to everyone. The team is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Even when I’ve had small issues, they are absolute experts at resolving everything quickly and making it all simple and easy. It’s a pleasure to stay here, and I will definitely return.

The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, but I did notice that some items, like lactose-free coffee with milk, may come with an additional charge. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe these types of drinks should be included in the breakfast. That said, the team is excellent, and the breakfast overall is fantastic. This is just a small detail, and it doesn’t take away from the fact that I truly enjoy this hotel and the city. I’ll happily return many more times!

This is not my first stay at this hotel, and it certainly won't be my last. I truly enjoy the rooms—they're always clean and comfortable. The service is excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Plus, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Łódź, making it convenient for everything I need. Highly recommended!

During our recent weekend stay, there was a noticeable issue in the restaurant, which seemed to be unusually busy. Despite the large team working hard to manage the crowd, they appeared overwhelmed by the number of guests. Additionally, there was a local Polish celebrity dining at the same time we were, which we understand may have required special attention. However, it felt as though the staff’s focus and management were heavily directed toward the "star" visit, possibly at the expense of regular guests’ experience. While we respect the need to accommodate all guests, it was disappointing to feel a disparity in service. After all, every guest deserves attentive and equal service for their stay.

The receptionists are very pleasant. We stayed for both work and a personal anniversary. Upon hearing about our occasion, the receptionist offered us a larger room, which made us extremely happy and grateful. Thank you so much, Izabela! We highly recommend staying at this hotel. The bar on the 5th floor is very cozy. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is helpful and always smiling. The room was amazing!! A window covered the entire wall, offering a view of the beautiful city buildings across the way. The bed was very comfortable! Every detail was well thought out, from the spacious bathroom to the cozy lighting.

We wanted a room with a view and we were not disappointed - glass wall was overlooking beautiful palace and renovated factory buildings, turned into luxury hotel. Location is perfect to explore Lodz, really couldn't be better. Hotel is brand new, very comfy, with all the amenities and very helpful staff. Breakfast was also a treat, plenty of options and also choice a la carte if you don't find buffet good enough.

We spent a saturday night and had room on the top floor. Unfortunately, there's a bar directly above and most likely it was a source of noise late into the night. Beat and music was not loud, but could be heard and I really did not expect that in luxury hotel :-/ if someone wants to go party, there's plenty of bars available around... I must add this was not a sound coming from the outside, as we opened the tiny air vent and it was quiet out there, only cars.
