Good location on a beautiful street. They have a private and quiet parking spot in the back of the hotel (drive through the opening in the building and pass the reception). Don't mistake it for the unpaved parking lot next door. Staff was pleasant and I slept well. Only stayed half a day.

It is not air condition in the whole hotel It will be vey useful specially in the hot weather But the providers the fan which was very appreciated

The location was excellent The staff were all superb and very kind The breakfast was lovely and there was so much choice The bathroom was superb and the sink was big and the shower powerful and large. The parking was large and very well priced… We had a super time, the hotel should be a 3 or 4 star and it was excellent value for money…

The lady at the reception (Anna?) who welcomed us was probably the kindest and most pleasant host I’ve ever encountered on my travels (and I’ve done my fair share of it). She was chatty and inquisitive in a way that was delightful, which isn’t always easy. To top of it off, she also complimented how I looked that day - when you come to Łódź, you’re lucky if you leave without a black eye, but receiving smiles and compliments was my “good day bingo” for that day completed!

* Lack of air conditioning was a huge drawback. Even in moderately hot weather (25 / 27 C) it was too hot to sleep. * Small number of AC outlets * Door lock frequently required fiddling as it did not always react to opening/ closing in a predictable way.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the breakfast selection is plentiful and the food is delicious. The service staff is polite and nice.

The internet connection was not great quality and also the single room is a bit small. Also, I would say the price of the hotel is a bit too high compared to the overall quality.

Location in the center, near Piotrkowska str. Room was clean, personnel friendly. Breakfast was good, there were lot of different dishes served. For me best quality-price ratio.

Hotel was good, but sometimes your neighbors could be noisy.

Convenient location, wide selection of breakfast, pleasant staff. Given the opportunity, the staff very kindly allowed us to settle into the room a little earlier than scheduled.

The single room is a bit small, there was no cupboard to store things, also the hotel is quite expensive.

Apratment was easy to find, it was very clean and nice to be in. I liked great contact with the owner/staff and their flexibility.

4 sets of bedsheets would be great :)

The position is very close to the centre of the city. The room was small but good for few nights, expecially if you stay outside the all day
