I had a fantastic stay at Puro Łódź. I especially appreciated the spacious room that provided ample comfort and freedom to move around. The room was impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's high standards. I also loved the convenience of having coffee and tea available 24/7, which was a delightful touch. Additionally, the small gym was a bonus for staying active, and the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend Puro Łódź for anyone seeking quality and comfort.

One downside was that sometimes I could hear sounds coming from another room, which slightly disrupted the overall tranquility.

The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, but I did notice that some items, like lactose-free coffee with milk, may come with an additional charge. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe these types of drinks should be included in the breakfast. That said, the team is excellent, and the breakfast overall is fantastic. This is just a small detail, and it doesn’t take away from the fact that I truly enjoy this hotel and the city. I’ll happily return many more times!

This is not my first stay at this hotel, and it certainly won't be my last. I truly enjoy the rooms—they're always clean and comfortable. The service is excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Plus, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Łódź, making it convenient for everything I need. Highly recommended!

During our recent weekend stay, there was a noticeable issue in the restaurant, which seemed to be unusually busy. Despite the large team working hard to manage the crowd, they appeared overwhelmed by the number of guests. Additionally, there was a local Polish celebrity dining at the same time we were, which we understand may have required special attention. However, it felt as though the staff’s focus and management were heavily directed toward the "star" visit, possibly at the expense of regular guests’ experience. While we respect the need to accommodate all guests, it was disappointing to feel a disparity in service. After all, every guest deserves attentive and equal service for their stay.

The receptionists are very pleasant. We stayed for both work and a personal anniversary. Upon hearing about our occasion, the receptionist offered us a larger room, which made us extremely happy and grateful. Thank you so much, Izabela! We highly recommend staying at this hotel. The bar on the 5th floor is very cozy. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is helpful and always smiling. The room was amazing!! A window covered the entire wall, offering a view of the beautiful city buildings across the way. The bed was very comfortable! Every detail was well thought out, from the spacious bathroom to the cozy lighting.

We wanted a room with a view and we were not disappointed - glass wall was overlooking beautiful palace and renovated factory buildings, turned into luxury hotel. Location is perfect to explore Lodz, really couldn't be better. Hotel is brand new, very comfy, with all the amenities and very helpful staff. Breakfast was also a treat, plenty of options and also choice a la carte if you don't find buffet good enough.

We spent a saturday night and had room on the top floor. Unfortunately, there's a bar directly above and most likely it was a source of noise late into the night. Beat and music was not loud, but could be heard and I really did not expect that in luxury hotel :-/ if someone wants to go party, there's plenty of bars available around... I must add this was not a sound coming from the outside, as we opened the tiny air vent and it was quiet out there, only cars.

Great location, perfect bed with great linen, comfortable shower and the most friendly, patient, helpful, accommodating staff. They helped me with my room and understood my health problems, made me feel seen and taken care of. Top level of hospitality and service. I wish I could stay longer. 10/10 from me!

I personally dislike scent in my room, it is ok in the lobby or corridors but rooms should remain scent free. Fragrance may trigger migraine, asthma or simply give discomfort. It is also difficult to sleep in a scented room. Cleaning and fresh sheets already makes the room smell good, no need to spray anything in the room.

Puro Hotel Łódź is the best hotel we’ve stayed in a while. Definitely the best in Łódź. Helpful and very friendly staff. Great SPA facilities (the best massages ever from Weronika!). Special mention to Sylwia and Kasia who went above and beyond with a service during breakfasts (a great selection of food). Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome. See you soon Puro! Everything was perfect. We couldn’t fault it.

We stay in the hotel almost every time when we are travelling across Lodz city because we like the window view! The hotel is located in bit on outskirts of the city center, so we enjoy the long walk by the main walking street in the city. Bed linen is un for get table!!! NO FEE FOR THE PETS!!!! And on the top of it there is free coffee and tea in the lobby.

This time was surprisingly quite hot night in the beginning of May, so I wish I had a big window to open to get more fresh air. But this is my personal preference, as there is a conditioning in the room to fix the room with temperature.

Great location and space. Amazing views of the Palace. Superb design and great food. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We came for Christmas and planned to meet with family and friends at the rooftop bar. Sadly the music there was inappropriate for the occasion - laud 90's hip-hop. I have asked the staff at the bar (guys I have recognised from my previous visits) if it would be possible to play something more appropriate for the season. This idea was not welcomed and crap hip-hop continued being played throughout the night. This will make us reconsider if we want to hang out again there over Christmas.

Excellent hotel, in all regards. Stylish rooms with comfy beds, great full wall windows. Perfect location. Great bar on the top floor with roof terrace.

What is odd is the front desk area which is basically located in an isle between front desk itself and rest area and sometimes you rather hear people chatting behind your back instead of a clerk. The staff in Biotiful cafe is unpleasant
