My second stay at this hotel was so much better than the previous one - no ‚chemical’ smell in the spacious room this time and no allergic reaction, everything was perfect. The check in procedure was quick, the room was spacious, soundproof and equipped in everything I needed for a short stay. Also, if you attend a concert in Atlas Arena (as I did before) or on Łódzkie Błonia/Audioriver (as I did this time), the night bus stops just next to the hotel and other bus and tram stops are nearby (it also makes connecting to Kaliska Railway station easy and Fabryczna Railway station is like 10-15min on foot). Close to Piotrkowska Street and all the restaurants and bars you could need.

This time there was no such thing:)

Comfortable accommodation close to the centre, parking possible both outside and in the underground of the hotel, comfortable bed, clean. Coffee for breakfast very good

Although the hotel presents on its posters that it has organic, gluten-free and vegan products for breakfast, it is not true. The breakfast is buffet, but there are no labels what is vegan or gluten-free, no fruit, it was obvious that some things have been there for a long time because they were dry, especially the sweet pastries, sausages without taste, as if someone had heated them several times over. And I arrived at 7am.

Location was great! The bed was very comfortable The room was a decent size with plenty of room for storage

We didn’t like that there were no hand towels provided. We were in the room in the afternoon trying to recover after a wedding the night before and we couldn’t really rest because the doors on the corridor were constantly slamming. Not sure if it was the cleaners or just guests in the hotel but the noise was really loud and disruptive. We could also hear people outside in the park at night time but guess the hotel cannot do anything about that.

Although a short stay, i enjoyed it! Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room, pretty modern looking inside. I could hear people talking in the hallway, but it didn’t bother me that much and i slept very nicely in the night. Really liked that we had free tea & coffee included with the room. Also like that there is a second switch controlling the room’s lights right next to the bed. Bus stops are fairly close to the hotel.

would prefer another trash can also in the room with beds, not just in the bathroom (when it’s occupied by someone else, you have to wait for them to get out to throw out your trash)

This was the second B&B hotel we used, the other was in Poznan. After the positive experience we had there we chose this hotel over the other we had stayed at in Lodz earlier in the week (we were travelling around!). The hotel, though not quite as good as Poznan one was certainly worth the money and we'd have no problems recommending it. The staff were helpful and the rooms were fine. Next time we go to Poland we'll certainly consider using this chain again.

Very nice and charming staff! :). The B&B is central, affordable and the rooms offer everything you need for a shirt stay. Even coffee and tea on the room, which was very nice. Breakfast was ok for the price. Everything was very organised. I also liked the fact that you could by snacks and drinks and the reception.

Could get a bit noisy at night due to the park near by. But the room had air conditioning, so it was fine when slept with the windows closed.

The hotel provides everything that I needed and expected. It has been recommended to me by the family member and the hotel truly deserved for all the recommendations. It is clean, nice, the room is cosy... just everything you could expect. There is a kettle in the room and set of welcome tea and coffee bags. I paid some extra money for breakfast and it was equally worth every penny. A buffet kind of breakfast gives you a very nice choice of food including great coffee and tea. I strongly recommend it. I smelled a cigarette smoke on the corridor one day but I cannot blame the hotel for that; just some quests ignoring the rules.

Accommodation is brilliantly positioned for the bars and restaurants nearby, and shopping if you like that sort of thing. Breakfast was amazing, just get down early for a more peaceful dining experience. Staff changed me to a double, as a friend was too ill to travel.

The first staff member on reception was extremely slow, but someone spotted the growing queue and stepped in.

We really liked the hotel. It is easy to walk to the main street of the city to restaurants and shops. We went to the zoo by public transport. We did not risk going by car because we were afraid it would be difficult to find where to park the car. In addition, after leaving the hotel parking space, you may not be able to get that place upon return. We were informed about this in advance, but only on the spot we realized what it really means.

Location is great, right next to the main street, but we didn’t hear any noises at night, so they have a good soundproof in their rooms. The cooling system worked good. We had a kettle and some tea and coffee. The room was not too spacious, but it worked ok for a short stay.

For two of us we got only two pillows: one too soft, and one ok, but we didn’t ask for another pillow, so that probably could be fixed, just go to the reception and ask.
