Dark bathroom, quite cold, with irregular water temperature in the shower until you find the right "setting" for the handle Sound insulation: if people speak in the corridor, it can be heard quite loud from the inside of the room Poor coffee quality that can easily be improved

The location is excellent, close to the tram stop and very close to Piotrkowska street. The room was comfortable and quiet.

The room needs a bit of TLC. The buzzard at the entrance doesn't work. Fortunately we had a phone plan that allowed phone calls, this is the only way to get into the hotel after hours.

Breakfast is good, everything fresh and in a good quality. Personnel is friendly and always helps. Room was clean, nothing was missing. It is possible to store the luggage after check-out.

Internet connection on first stock might be interrupted.

Broken soap dispenser, is not the best shower, too small room with view on another building in 3 meters from the window, smell in the bathroom. No English tv channels

Hotel was easy to find from the train station. Close to buses & trams. Staff was very helpful when we needed information. I really liked the fact that we could control the a/c. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really can't fault anything at this hotel.

The location. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

3 flights of stairs to enter or exit the place. The window was very high up on the wall with little natural light. The walls are very thin and everything could be heard from rooms near by.

A clean place. The bed was comfotable, the bathroom clean and tidy. The staff left a very positive impression, they were both highly profesonal and friendly.

The room would benefit from some renovation work.
