The location was absolutely amazing, right in the city center. Everything important was just a short walk away. The place had a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was pretty good as well. The bathroom with cool little soap bar was pretty cute! Overall a nice stay.

The beds coul've been a bit more comfy as I felt a few springs on my back in the morning. I'm not one to complain too much though, so it didn't hinder my stay, but I could see that being an issue. It was also not pristine clean, just very clean, but not complain worthy.

- Unfortunately, the location also has its downsides, especially in the evenings and at night it is noisy(surrounding bars, parties),need to keep this in mind when choosing a room - the floor creaks a lot which causes discomfort especially if you live in the lower floors

Top location, middle of the high street (Piotrkowska). Friendly staff. Easy to find, good signage. Simple design. Nice bathroom. Electric sockets galore. Excellent price/quality ratio (on my dates).

No lift (room on third floor). Only two mini soaps and two mini shampoos as amenities. Noises from the corridor (far from unbearable). King size bed with two mattresses not great: opening in the middle, between the two mattresses.

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious room, easy and fast check in/out. Also really helpful that they have an option to store your luggage for free as our train wasn't leaving until the evening. Overall we had a really pleasant stay and I recommend the place.

There is virtually 0 soundproofing in the room, the TV is quite small, also the lack of air conditioning is quite a challenge on hot weekends where opening the windows does nothing to relieve the heat, the couch was also very old so not really a good seating option. But these are just minimal issues and we had a great stay regardless.

Spacious apartment in an old house with antique furniture. Location with access to the promenade, where there are many cafes and grocery stores. There is parking in the yard.

Those who do not like noise at night will probably be bothered by the shouts of cafe visitors or noisy companies on the balconies nearby.

The location was excellent and room was comfortable although a bit old. It was great having a mini kitchenette in the room.

Although I realise the hotel is themed in historical style the couch in my room was shabby & uncomfortable… maybe very old furniture could be refurbished in keeping with the style? It brought down the standard of the room.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Great view on the main street. Location is perfect for tourists and if you want to spend evening on Piotrkowska street. Parking nearby available. Great breakfast

Important to note - there is no elevator, so it might be tricky with a lot of heavy luggage. The WiFi quality was poor, and the shower drain was clogged.

Comfortable and stylish location to stay in the centre of Łódź, enjoy its nightlife and historical places. The staff is always available and very helpful in everything, a very good place to stay individually or with family even for longer stays as the apartments generally offer your all the necessary, cooking included.

The room was great. Clean. Comfy enough. The location is really good.

The reception at the hotel was a bit dull. The receptionist did not say hello, avoided eye contact and never used any basic polite words. I got the impression that, as a paying customer, I am just a distraction for her. Anyhow the check-in succeed without any practical problems. However, i would not choose this hotel again due to lack of respect for the customer.
