What an absolutely beautiful villa! Sadly, the history of this villa and its original owner is very sad. Our room was very spacious and tastefully furnished, with antique furniture. It was impeccably clean and silent (which could be due to very few guests staying there during our visit). There was a small communal kitchen with a kettle. Shower was excellent. The location to the main street was a couple of minutes walk away (as well as to trams).

One side of the bed really sagged and the pillows were really floppy and thin. The breakfast, while very good for my partner, was less than ideal for me. It was not a buffet-style, but rather you were served salad, egg dish and bread. It was a very high quality breakfast, if you liked eggs (not me!) and didn't mind a savoury breakfast. A couple of options would have been appreciated.

The location of the facility is very good. There is free parking for your car. The hotel is a 100-year-old building. I read on the web that there was a furniture store here maybe 80 years ago and the furniture in this store was used for decoration. After World War II, this place became a party building, then a prosecutor's office. Then a kindergarten and a restaurant. A real historical artifact. I really liked its decoration.

The ground floor of the hotel is actually a Greek and Georgian restaurant. I didn't eat, so I can't comment on the restaurant. However, the presence of an indoor restaurant has caused a food smell to permeate the building. The smell is only on the ground floor and is intertwined with the wood. This is normal, but not everyone may like it.

Lovely residence, a few of the reviews have mentioned that it's cold however there was a small heater in the room that worked well in supporting the main heating - this was whilst it was -7 outside. Beautiful building to stay in and lovely owners Massive room

Not much to comment on, really enjoyed my stay

A very nice experience that we will remember with love. The hotel's facilities are unique. The location is right next to the center and with parking. The staff is very helpful.

The place was really very interesting and historic! The rooms are big and spacious, the locationnwas very good. Staff was nice they even asked ifnour child needs something.

The breakfast was very limited, however it was delicious. It was hard to talk to the staff.

Only 1 option for breakfast: eggs with vegetables and bread. It may not be good for all the guests, even though it was ok for us.

Beautiful old palace in the centre of town. Fantastic location, big rooms, high ceilings, very quaint. I loved that we could bring my well behaved beagle to sleep there with us.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, and the noise from other guests coming and going at all hours woke us up a few times. However, for the price, and dogs allowed, I would stay again.

I really liked the location and interior

The fact that it was cold inside and breakfast was very basic... I am normally not complaining about food but 1 fried egg, some veggies and 1 coffee was a bit little for the money

In pictures it looks better and fresher than in real life, but overall a good stay for that price.

It could've been cleaner in the shower and there could be more pillows on bed.
