something wrong when i booked online with mobile price only from booking.com and eventually when we arrived as i am with my boyfriend. She says it wasn't paid so meaning it is just a reservation. One thing we paid cash-in plus my bf as he's not included in my reservation. we thought it is the same price but we paid all 400zloty(65€+90€) without breakfast. and other staff don't speak english so it's hard to communicate to them.

The employees was so nice. Everything was clean and pleasant, breakfast was great. In our room also was teapot.We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again, if will come to the city.

Parking could be included in the room price.

Very polite service at the reception desk. All of our special wishes have been fulfilled, e.g. late arrival, extra parking entry, second room key, invoicing etc. Wide variety of food at breakfast.

The carpet in our room would need a refurbishment. However, this was a minor inconvenience and we strongly recommend Hotel Borowiecki as a nice place to stay in Łódź.

Breakfast was fantastic and filled me up till to evening . Hotel is very nice and at quiet district . Highly recommend .

Great hospitality with private parking spot. Superb breakfast and nice touches when entering room. Complimentary drink in the bar is something very thoughtfull. Prices at the restaurant are very cheap.

Only minor thing, curtains are not that great and sun in the morning is a bit too bright even when curtains are fully closed. So choose your room with an odd number:)

The room was spacious enough for us. Sufficient parking space. A variety of tea was available. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

The cuirtains were very light thus allowing so much light in at night.

The nice and friendly staff, the restaurant food was tasty (meat rolled in cabbage leaf), the breakfast, my room, accessibility to local transport and the Billard.😊

very good breakfast, rich selection of food, well prepared scrambled egg Rooms spacious, nicely decorated, convenient beds, good sound isolation. Friendly staff and the reception despite us arriving at the midnight.

Problems with card payment - the terminal (there was only one) froze and we had to pay with cash. The bathrooms were OK (clean, functional), but their finish (tiles, sanitary fittings) is quite outdated in comparison with the rest of the hotel.

the staff was wonderful! me and my fiancée came to stay there over night with our golden retriever, and staff was so welcoming. Hotel had exceptionally clean rooms knowing they except dogs we were shook :) breakfast was just to die for! Again thank you for such an exceptional service, we are surely coming to visit again :)

Very nice hotel located just minutes from Piotrkowska street and Manufaktura shopping mall. Clean rooms, plenty of parking spaces and delicious breakfast. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better stay. Thank you very much guys. See you next time.
