- Great apartment, spacious. With a little bit industrial charm (red brick walls) - Good wifi; - There are a lot of necessary appliances: fridge, dishwasher, washer and etc. - The apartment has AC (a bit sad that only in the bedroom (the living room does not have it). - Parking is possible for additional price (but the price is quite ok) - Breakfast deserve separate mention. Breakfast was not a "Swedish table", but selection from the limited meniu. It might sound like limitation until you see possible choices. I can say with some certainty that this was one of the best breakfast ever.

Bedroom mattress needs some attention. It was super soft near the edge.

Location is good when spending a few days in Łódź. Quiet neighborhood and a small shop (Żabka) within 50 meters. Rooms are okay,

Safety! In this whole building is no evacution plan to be found, fire extinguisers, fire hoses or emergency-exits... in the evening they close the door between Reception/main entrance and Restaurant/main entrance. In case if something happens downstairs, you have nowhere to go! Breakfast is simple and there are like 5 options to choose from. Restaurant is a different franchise than the appartments. The curtains are not really dark enough (especially on the streetside) and the pillows are small and soft. Reason I gave a positive rating is because the young lady at the reception understood some of my attention points and tried to find solutions.

Everything was well prepared, the staff was very nice and overall helpful towards me, even going as far as letting me in quicker than I anticipated, telling me all the necessary details. The breakfast had some interesting options that were also affordable. Overall, it was a great stay!

The location could've been just a little bit better as it was quite far from the nearest bus stop, but it's within walking distance so no need to complain about it too much. Other than that, it was a great experience nonetheless.

Good location. Good to have ability for the late check in after reception is closed. Clean, comfortable. There is a balcony - will be perfect for warm weather. Smal kitchen but there is everything you need for cooking. Very good materac not moich at all.

No coffee making machine. Door to the apartment was broken: the handle was not working so only enter with the key. As well the door could not be closed from the inside as well.

nice and clean modern room, tasty breakfast, free parking if you are experienced enough to pass narrow entrance (say 5 cm on each side of mirrors... :-) some 10+ m long...

waiting 20 minutes for breakfast is a bit too much for me, and well good to notice reception time and system with codes in advance to avoid surprices (I was luck mobile working and met receiption lady just leaving... :-)

The room was wonderful and fantastic for its price! Just like in the pictures! It seemed like we were staying in a castle compared to the other buildings in that neighborhood. The city itself wasn't too great but the hotel was fantastic! I would say it's perfect for a quick layover but nothing more.

We booked a one-night stop here as we were going from Riga to Vienna. It was the dirtiest and most unpleasant city we have ever been in, surely in the poorest state I have ever seen a city. Of course, there were places that were renovated and looked quite ok but the overall feel of the city wasn't the best. We were there for less than 24 hours and unfortunately, I hope we never go there again. Maybe we were just in the wrong neighborhood of it...

The apartments were in a fabulous location walking distance to both Piortkowska and Manafactura. The apartments were very clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were all wonderful from the receptionists to the guys in the restaurant a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, kids slept on the huge, soft couch where they could watch Netflix. Parents had their own room with private balcony and very comfortable bed. The only complaint that I have is breakfast menu, there wasn’t too much to choose from, 5 different eggs, porridge and sandwich. But otherwise everything was great, stuff was friendly and kind.

The location is very good. The building newly restored looks great. The apartment has all the facilities, except coffee machine. Downstairs there is a restaurant which serves excellent coffee!

The hotel is short of personnel thus one has to check that all facilities work properly. The manager was very reactive so things got fixed very quickly.

Fresh and clean lobby, building and apartment. Great restaurant for breakfast. Welcoming and funny receptionist.

Parking cost more than the 6€ suggested as the parking gate turned out to outskill me and I got a large scratch on front buffer. Hope the owner pads that entrance a bit as I saw I was far from the only one there.
