The entire property is a very cool setup. The building we stayed in was an old theatre. The room was very comfortable, so was the bathroom. It was the top floor but they leave some sweets for you at the top as a congratulations! Very clean, had a fridge and they even left us bottles of water. Which is the first place in Poland during a 2 week trip that has done so. It's a very convenient location and was very clean.

The staff could have been a bit more welcoming and told us about the property more. I think there's free coffee in the lobby but I'm not sure? The walls are paper thin, my partner and I were talking with Normal voices and the front desk had to come and tell us to be quiet - the guests next door heard out voices through the walls.

The room I had selected was on the top, fourth floor. The outbuildings of 120 Piotrkowska Street have wooden floors, thus rendering accommodation of a lift impossible. My room under the well insulated roof was quite spacious with two small windows to watch the busy Saturday evening activity in the courtyard. There was a desk with two chairs to work at or eat on, a refridgerator and two beds, of which the one I selected was sufficiently comfortable. The floorboards creaked slightly as you walked over them, which took me back to times when there was far much such housing in Poland than there is today. The flat was cozy but above all else atmospheric - lending an authentic Łódź experience. The bathroom, on the other hand, was modern and functional. I plan to stay again when next visiting the city.

Room was very spacious and had a nice atmosphere with bricked walls and wooden floor. The place was generally clean, beds comfortable, there were the necessery ammenities included and free tea/coffee in the reception area.

It would've been nice to know beforehand that the room is located on a 4th floor without an elevator. Carrying suitcases up was truly a workout. The room was also a bit cold and it was only possible to turn on the heater in the bathroom, not in the room itself. Because of the location, there's not much of a view from the window and the walls are quite thin - we could hear all the movements of people next door.

Amazing location, spacious room and nice staff with a 24h reception which is very convenient. Overall a really good accommodation.

When we first arrived, the floor was really dusty and the toilet seat didn't seam to had been cleaned ahead. But we communicated to the reception and they handled it professionally and promptly. So we got over the inconveniences quickly.

Location is really perfect, in the very center. Apartment is quite good, just a simple loft. It was mansard in our case - so only a small window in the room (and a bigger one in the bathroom). But there is a kettle, tea/coffee, a fridge - appreciated.

Beds are ok, but pillows are terrible

Central location, right on Piotrkowska Street, the shopping city center, and a 25 minute walk to the Łódź Fabryczna railway and bus stations, and within walking distance to several tourism sights. My room was the right size, had a bathroom with shower, a TV, fridge, and electric kettle. The staff are great.

Good location, Clean rooms, Nice and kindly stuffs. I arrived earlier than expected, but the room was ready so I was able to check in early. I could also drink coffee at the hotel reception.

If I had to say one thing, the only way to get to the room is by stairs.

Location-right at the city center Room was nice and cutely decorated. It had all necessary things. Staff was kind and helpful.

It was on 4th floor, no elevator. Very hot in summer, no air condition. Room could be a bit bigger.

Very comfy and quiet place. The location is great and the hotel/apartment has lots to offer

I had lots of stairs to go up :D but, this is common in old buildings. The shower is old and shows some mold... The internet connection was poor
