The room was very spacious and comfy, the linen was of good quality. The staff went out their way to be helpful. efficient checkin and everything I requested prior to my arrival was dealt with.

I am used to having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. it’s an inordinate pain to have to go down to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee or tea. There was a good choice, but I needed a tea during the night ( about 3-4 am) and when I went down, the area was just filthy, with no fresh cups cups etc. Whatever ‘group’ had come in last had left it in big mess. I don’t understand why they don’t provide these facilities, it’s the norm everywhere else I stay, but they should think seriously about doing so. If they don’t want to do so if a group of young people come and stay, they could take those facilities out the rooms where that group stays in.

Private parking with huge parking in front of the hotel. Nice looking breakfast table with huge variety of different choises.

welcoming at reception, kitchen staff very helpful, very clean rooms. there was always someone close by to answer any qusetions we had. A very good choice of breakfast available. very close to transport to the city and only a stones trow from the airport.

thin walls, group of men talking all night, some one must have complained because the reception knocked on their door (117) after 3am on Sunday 11th December 2022 morning to ask them them keep the noise down.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was so nice, the bed was soft like a cloud and the breakfast was good too. Honestly, I've not expected such a good room for a 3 star hotel, I'll come back if I'm ever in Łódź again!

Comfortable bed. A lot to choose between for breakfast, but for picky eater not a lot of choices.

Workers were young adults and not as hospitable. Arrived at 21 o’clock and the receptionist seemed pretty annoyed.

Greate room, very comfortable beds, large bathroom and very good breakfast! We were leaving at 7 o clock, but the breakfast was ready from 6:40! (Usually breakfast is served at 7)

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, though they do offer free coffee and teas ( excellent selection) in the restaurant. Going up and down to get a cup is not ideal.

A wonderful stay! Great staff! Very friendly and they spoke English with me! Great location to the popular street in Łódź, and the breakfast was amazing. Nice bed, cool room, hot shower and for me a great price and experience!

I loved it all!

The hotel room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that you could have tea, coffee, hot chocolate 24 hours if you would like. There was parking at the hotel. They had a nice restaurant but we didn’t eat there.

There was not really anything in the area of the hotel. A small store was across the street. Wi-Fi didn’t work because of many people were there that day.
