Clean hotel & pleasant staff, slightly out of the centre which we wanted but a nice 25 minute stroll into town

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel everyone were friendly decent breakfast lots of choice but remember your in a European city & your not going to get a full English:) but we had enough choice to start us off each day, bus stops around the corner incase you don't want to walk into town & an uber back from town cost us between £3-£4 pound after a night out, also their is a supermarket a couple of mins walk away

First of all the room was warm and the bathroom. I loved it because it was snowing outside and it was -1'C. Room was clean. Small bottles of water were in the room. Came from the airport really late at night and the check in went smooth. The receptionist and another one who was learning how to do a check in that night were super helpful and nice. My magnetic key didnt work so I got a regular key. Breakfast was excellent. A big vatiety of Polish breakfast food. Different types of cottage cheese = they were delicious. I booked a massage because I saw in the comments that it was recommended...I left the massage feeling like I never felt before. I had so much tension in my back and the gentleman that was massaging me knew exactly what to do to release it. I am impressed. The hotel is in a calm area. The only noise you will hear will be cleaning ladies vacuuming in the morning ;) but hey that is a good noise. It means it's clean in this hotel! :)

We like the hotel a lot. It has amazing facilities and the staff is very polite and very helpful. We really love the hotel restaurant and the amanzing / delicious food. The chef is outstanding! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. High quality in every aspect and really nice variety of options including cakes and sweets, fruits, delicious bread, fresh bacon , variety of cheese and ham, sausages, vegetables, juices and great coffee. The room has very good space, beautiful balcony, and very clean with all the amenities thst we all need, such as tv , internet, fridge with minibar and also electric kettle. The room.has amazing decoration and the bed extremely conformable. We also love the fact that the hotel is only around 3 km from the city center and has great connection.for public transport. A bus station right next to the hotel and 5 minutes to city center.

On summer days it can get hot inside the room therefore, It would be great if the hotel had air conditioning, or at least a ventilator on the rooms in order to give extra confort.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We arrived at 2.00 am and the check-in was very smooth. We were very tired and slept long, so we left the room on the spot at check-out time. I apologised to the receptionist for leaving last minute, but she was very understanding and said she saw a late check-in for our room and didn't call us to rush us, which was very kind. We left the car at the hotel car park after check-out and took a taxi to the Christmas market, and returned by taxi to the hotel's car park. The next day, I realised that I had lost my daughter's passport in Gdansk. I was planning to go to the police station close to the town centre the following day but before doing that, I called Amber hotel as I thought that I dropped the passport when getting out of the cab. The receptionist informed me that a taxi driver called a hotel earlier informing them about the passport left in his car and that the manager would call me back later as he was involved in this matter. The manager called me an hour later, checked the name of the passport holder with me, and gave me the driver's mobile number. This was such a relief ! Thank you to the hotel staff for being so friendly and helpful. From the beginning, we were treated very kindly by literally each staff member of the hotel, and when the problem occurred, which wasn't even the hotel's issue, we still received support and help, thank you to the manager who called me and to all hotel employees.

Cleanliness of The Hotel, the Room And breakfast was Amazing 😋 tasty, fresh, local taste and Lots to eat Close to Town with Lots Of busses option at the Location 😊Quiet and nice nabourhood,lovely Staff at the Reception 🤗

The Bed Wasnt Comfotable Had back Pain☹️ Had A bad Experience at the Hotel breakfast hal children and dog Allowed to run arround, top much noise and the Tv has no English Channels but Was not Needed Anyway 🤣

No better place to stay in Gdansk, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff extends more than hello and goodbye - weeks after checking out I will still communicating with them to get help and information! For any solo traveller or cyclist you are in very safe hands! Great room, fab restaurant and breakfast; it's a 1.8km downhill walk into town and I've never paid more than £5 for an Uber back!

The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly. The staff in the restaurant were also excellent and their menu varied and good quality. I stayed for five nights and had dinner there every evening. The location is peaceful and there is a supermarket less than two minutes walking distance.

For those wishing to enjoy the Old Town, just to note it is around 30 minutes walking distance. I preferred the quietness of the location and was happy to walk.

A big and spacious hotel room, actually consisting of 2 rooms, a very comfortable bed, lots of blankets, pillows and towels. It was very warm and cosy. A very good minibar with a good choice, lots of bottles with water, both still and sparkling. There is also a kettle with a good choice of tea and coffee. All is very comfortable and well equipped and well thought out for a homey stay. A very big and spacious bathroom with both a shower and a jacuzzi ❤

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the fantastic level of service provided. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attention to detail throughout my stay, every aspect of the hotel service exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The location was close to local shops and cafes. Staff were friendly. Room cleaned every day. I don't think I have ever received a chocolate on my pillow before. Highly recommended, would like to stay here again.
