Breakfast was fantastic. I have a heart condition and I need to watch what I eat. There was a great variety. The staff was extremely friendly, they answered all my questions that I had about my stay, what to do.

The hotel that I stay in, in Warsaw has A/C. I would have liked a roll of toilet paper instead of individual sheets. Maybe an extra bottle of water. Where I stay gives me two bottles each day, one with gas and one without. Also another package of instant coffee. I thought at first the hotel was too far, but in the end I was happy to be away from the crowds. It was nice and quiet. I need to walk for my heart condtion,...the hill was a challenge.

Friendly staff; good location; nice size room; clean; good decor; decent wifi signal; comfortable bed; great bath products; good lighting, especially in the bathroom; bottled water; quiet rooms; clean linens and towels; convenient public transportation connections; adequate parking.

Nothing to complain about; it was another great stay and at a good daily rate. I have stayed here before and welcome a chance to stay again. Previously I drove to the hotel but found it was pretty easy to access the hotel using public transportation from the airport.

Very cozy hotel. I especially liked the cozy glass terrace, which was tastefully styled. Although you won't see incredible views through the window (due to the city location of the hotel), it should be very convenient for you to drink coffee or read a book in the evening. I especially liked the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. In my opinion, this hotel is for a short stay.

Need to clean more dust in sleepibg room. Maybe long time room was empty as much dust. But bathroom was perfectly clean - that is very important, good job!

The receptionist was amazing, the beds comfortable, the room nice, the breakfast excellent. All in all I was extremely happy here.

The first room I got smelled a bit, so I told the receptionist and she immediately found me another room. Other than that all was fine.

Nice small hotel, ideal for a relaxing stay, 5-6 min away from the town center but we had a car, so no problem. Free parking space, nice breakfast

Very friendly staff, we had some good conversations with the young lady at the reception and she gave us some useful tips for our trip. Nice, clean rooms and a good breakfast selection.

The Hotel is located nearby a supermarket. You can hear some noises of the markets cooling fans if you have your window open at night.

The location was in a quiet area and very peaceful. The room was lovely and clean and spacious even though it was a twin bed room. There was an excellent kettle and tea station. Fan provided and fridge which was a nice touch. the bathroom had a powerful shower with constant hot water. We didn’t have the breakfast but used room service in the evening twice, having toasted sandwiches which were pleasant. Every member of staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would return.

There was nothing negative about the property.

Shower door needed fixing and the tap needed maintenance.asked in the desk and it was fixed straight away. The car park under hotel very tight you had to reverse out as you couldn't drive out as not enough lock on the steering

Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious room, super cozy hotel and good parking places. Nearby you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops etc.

A little bit far from Old Town (about 30-40 minutes by foot), but there is a bus stop nearby and in a warm season you can use scooters as we did it! Almost every dish during the breakfast was served with fish - even an omelette (although I don’t eat fish) and stuff didn’t inform about this.
