This was the first time I was staying here, although my parents stay here often and persuaded me to try it. Honestly I think I have been converted and will be staying here for my future trips to Kartuzy. It’s in walking distance to the rynek. The breakfast is excellent! Staff were amazing! They communicated swiftly with me to help accommodate my mum who was arriving earlier but her flight and luggage all got delayed.

The shower was tinyyyyyy! Oh and the block out curtains were not complete- it was missing a section

Excellent breakfast buffet - no bacon but that's a small matter. Otherwise, the restaurant was fantastic - great food in the evenings...big portions and very friendly staff in the restaurant and overall.

Not all of the window blinds were present in my room and I think the curtains are decorative, so I couldn't block out the early morning light.

The hotel is well and centrally located. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare and thoroughfare, so some rooms are exposed to traffic noise. The room we got needs probably a little more maintenance. The towel rails were loose and the wallpaper was peeling off the sides. Also, the doorstopper was illegally attached to the floor, so you often bang your toes on them. The coffee from the Nestcafe coffee machine tastes just terrible and thus affects the otherwise very good breakfast buffet

Helpful, welcoming and friendly women in the reception who even introduced me somewhat to the Kashubian language! The restaurant!

The music in the restaurant. Could have been everywhere in the western hemisphere. I Would have preferred something more local, at least Polish...

Great location, five minute walk from train station. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was traditional and delicious. There is a pub onsite which offers a bit of local nightlife

Great service from the staff, food was good value and menu was varied and local foods sourced. Location excellent as can walk to the town and easy access to main station for Gdansk.

Central location in the town very helpful and friendly staff and nice and quiet if you like sleeping a bit late in the morning also great breakfast

Location for khartuzy was great

The bar is only open wed to Saturday. In winter I assume. Even though Poland playing internationally.

early fight was advised to approach later in evening. to arrange a takeaway breakfast for morning but apparently too late. swimming pool is now closed.

Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of varying local dishes. Good location to access the town centre. Staff were helpful in arranging small needs.
