This is the second time staying at this hotel. I already knew there was no lift in the building, so I emailed before hand as my mum can’t walk up stairs. They kindly accommodated ground floor. Breakfast is yummy I like that they have a pool. Parking is easy!

My mum thought the towels were rough and old- attempted to get new ones from reception but they were all the same. It’s further out of town

Great location, quite close to the city center, really close to the nearest Lild grocery store. A substantial, free parking lot. The indor recreational pool was wonderful, the kids had a blast and never wanted to leave, and so did I ;) The rooms and other facilities are clean. The gym is large and very well equipped, this is literally the best equipped hotel gym I have ever seen, presumably because it funions as a regular gym as well. Rooms feature large flat screen LG Smart TV's (a delight for kids). The WiFi in rooms is exceptional. Hotel restaurant offers large portions – one traditional potato-based dish (from the dedicated menu section) easily feeds two grown ups.

Most (if not all) rooms face the road and the sidewalk which is fine on the first floor but the ground level apartments are not at all privacy oriented. The large windows let in a ton of light but expose guests in full to less than occasional pedestrians and drivers. I had an issue with horizontal-pivot opening of the balcony door (worked by trial and error). Rooms feature no closed door storage forcing guests to live out of an open suitcase – no drawers, no cabinets, just four large and open shelves. Breakfasts are quite expensive.

Meals were delicious - lack of bad meal in the menu. Properly secured playgrounds can give you a time to take a rest without worrying about possible injuries of your children.

Due the fact that children under 3 years old (possibly written somewhere in the regulations) are not paying for the accommodation, nowhere it is written that the family should take the pillow and towel for this "under 3" years old child, especially when we declared that we were going there in 4 people.

Good location, near nature) Gym and swimming-pool are a good plus. Breakfast is very good. The room was nice but it was too hot, so we needed sometimes to keep the door open.

Too hot in the room. Equipment of the gym is quite old.

Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was good.

No lift when I had to carry my heavy suitcase up three floors(62 years old).

Modern, clean. Nice swimming pool tho full of kids :) A great buffet breakfast The location is close to the lake and the city center.

You have to ask a hair dryer from the reception. You can hear cars at night - a bit noisy.

Good breakfast, huge car parking. Pool is good and very warm. Playing ground for kids. Also there's a pretty big GYM if you need. I don't see any minuses for this hotel at it's price.

Check in time could be a bit later. A bit far away from the Tricity. Can be reached by car only.

Friendly employees, clean room and generally the whole gotel, payground for kids (there are 3 of them in total), swimingpool, free parking space.

nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it has a beautiful lake just a few metres away. The pool was warm and well cared for too
