Room was modern and clean. Bathroom super nice. Perfect for one night stay before flight from Gdansk. With breakfast included this made our departure easy. :) All staff friendly, helpful. Booking a ride to the airport effortless, the hotel receptionist handled everything quickly. There are several hotels near Gdansk airport. We have visited couple of them and this is so far the best. If you do not want to travel with taxi/car: this is not the closest to the airport but still within close proximity (taxi/car 3-5mins, walking maybe 15-20mins) and it is very easy to find. I'd still recommend the hotel's own transport service, which is quick and comfortabe. Best thing is you get your money's worth. <3

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staff at Hotel Faros were absolutely amazing! Every team member we met was friendly, helpful, professional and polite - 👍😊 The food at both dinner and breakfast was of a good standard and most enjoyable. The room was perfect for a short stay. The location of the hotel is excellent for Gdańsk airport and Firoga railway station is literally across the road. The airport transfer offered by the hotel was both efficient and well priced. All in all, an absolutely first class stay!

Fantastic cosy hotel right next to Gdansk airport, very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. Restaurant open until 23h, huge parking space. It felt like being at home. It was very convenient, we left our car for one week in their parking and took shuttle to the airport. As we stayed in high season price was a bit high but still lower than in other similar class hotels in this time. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was awesome! Very helpful. Room is nicely decorated and lots of storage. Very clean and the towels were great. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport! Breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices including fresh fruits, sausages, beans, crepes, different breads, jams, meats, and some kind of hot cereal. Oh, and waffles! Shuttle to the airport for our morning flight was easily arranged and so convenient.

Sadly, the beds. I like a firm mattress, but it was REALLY firm. It could just be personal preference though so don't be put off. It was an overall great place to be when you have an early flight or just need to be close to the airport.

I stayed only for 1 night before my flight home. I was considering a different, cheaper hotel, without breakfast but in the end, I decided on hotel Faros. I was not disappointed!! Location was perfect, you could walk or take a shuttle to the airport. Holel is very modern, nice size rooms with A/C!!!! The stuff was very nice, professional and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Breakfast buffet was delicious too. I heard stories about the other, cheap hotel and I am really grateful I didn't go for cheap.

Very comfortable bed, very nice shower. Spacious enough for a good night sleep if you have an early flight to catch up.

Not as close as it seems, in the winter with luggage it will be a though 20+ min walk specially if there is snow. Always opt for the 25pln taxi ride, it’s worth it. The breakfast not as amazing as reviews says, in fact we found it poor, perhaps because there wasn’t a lot of guests. All in all it is overpriced for what you get.

The hotel is very close to the airport with the Metro station just across the street from it. There is connection to and from the airport by Metro, but we didn't know that and we took a taxi. Our return flight was very early in the morning and the Metro schedule did not fit. We made a mistake with our booking with a double room and the staff assisted in giving us the correct size room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate and I had scrambled eggs made without lactose.The hotel is new, clean and technologically up to par. I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is amongst the few who has comfortable beds,

The hotel is pretty much a-stand-alone in the area with the supermarket about 15 minutes walk away. The surrounding area is not done up. Other than this we travelled to the old town, which is a lot of fun. Taxi travel cost 63PLN going down to Old Gdánsk old town, which is reasonable. There is a night surcharge for coming back late, which is as shown on the taxi metre. We were asked to pay 100PLN on the way back by the driver of an old Mercedes taxi when it was not even 9pm and he didn't use the taxi metre. There is UBER, but you must carry cash to pay for your fare.

A good option for overnight stay for those who arrive late evening to the Gdansk airport. Reasonably priced, with a good breakfast and simple bus and train connections to Gdansk or Gdynia, with bus and train stops at 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. It's about 20 minutes walk from the airport, so it makes sense to use their transfer service.

Great hotel, very close to the airport – just 3 minutes by taxi or about 15 minutes on foot (there is a pedestrian walkway). The staff are very polite and helpful. The room is modern, comfortable, and has everything you might need. There is also a restaurant downstairs – the menu is excellent and the food is delicious.
