The place is super clean - I have seen them clean the carpets with professional detergents and vacuums. The premises are squicky clean and well equipped. The rooms have the AC in case it's hot and blankets in case it's cold. Everything smells fresh and feels crisp. The beds are comfortable, and additional pillows are available. No reception but a key code you receive works for all the entrances and your room. The kitchen is super-well organised with a big fridge, free tea, coffee, sugar and spices. The building is actually a city hall and features art exhibitions and a restaurant. The location is within a walking distance from the SKM train that will take you to other parts of the city or other cities. 11/10 recommendation!

The location was excellent — very central and within walking distance of everything I needed. However, I couldn’t try the breakfast because the restaurant only opened at 9:00 AM, and that didn’t fit my schedule. Also, breakfast was not included in the booking and had to be paid separately, which was a bit disappointing.

It would have been better if breakfast was included or at least clearly mentioned in the booking that it was not. Also, opening the restaurant only at 9:00 AM is not very convenient for guests who need to leave early.

I had to book an appartment very close to arrival dates and this option seemed the best for the money. It ended up meeting our expectations. The room was pretty fresh and tidy, pleasingly looking interior, comfortable beds. Carpet was in some coffee stains and persistent dirt, but those are hard to remove, besides that appartment was clean, nice bathroom. There's also a breakast served in the cafe below the hotel, but we were misguided by a pamphlet inside the room that there's a discount in another cafe, so we eneded up going to the cafe that is not linked to the hotel and didnt get the discount. The location is far from Gdansk city center, but close to Sopot and close to one of the train stations. There's grocery shop not far also. Overall good option for the money.

Location was good for the money, but far from Gdansk center. Cups and a jug for water were in the room, but without water, it was suggested to drink the tap water, because it is very clean, but we decided not to do it just in case.

Everything was ok as I expect.Only one thing was wrong----I ordered one big bed,and I got 2 small single beds. It was important,because I have one hand after operation and have to sleep in special position and need wide bed.I put those single beds together, but it was not to comfortable. Iwas disapointed,because before (2 years ago) I was really happy staying in Ratusz B&B.

I think it should be just one person from staff available there to help in some situations.

The room is simple but the hotel itself and the restaurant are very artsy, they even have a contemporary art gallery. Rooms are very simple in terms of concept/idea but comfort and service totally compensates that. I give 11/10 for bed comfort! It feels soft but actually its average(which is a mega plus for a back), and the material of the bedding feels so differenet but so so welcoming for the body! Whiteness of the sheets is 10/10👌. Secondly, management did a wonderful job with all the details -how lovely to make a note that tap water is drinkable, have wifi etc sticks on the door and a proper wardrobe! Windows were to the street but they are 100% soundproof. There is a small common use kitchen - and here they did put effort too - it has everything, several types of coffees and tees too! How lively this is. This makes such a difference. You can feel the effort, literally. Also, I had an inquiry with the cleaning lady and she was so happy to help and immediately offered to walk me to the office as she could not answer. When the staff talks to you with a smile and makes extra step it shows what culture top management promotes. Compliments to all.👌 Also, restaurant breakfast menu deserves 5*. Effort, idea, food serving, staff professionalism-simply beautiful. And the process for a high level restaurant food are more than welcoming. A gem of Gdansk further away from the center.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast menu provided by Jak sie masz? was wonderful (coffee was only ok).

I did not know in advance that there was no reception. I had some problems opening the door with the code and was worried that I would be locked out with nobody to help. I needed several attempts a few times. Also the desk in the room was very small (only barely big enough to work on).

Great location; self check-in and check out; easy late check-in; good communication; warm, clean and comfortable room.

The shower got flooded quite fast. Probably it was partially clogged. Also, the room can be opened from the outside with the passcode. And it was not possible to close the door from the inside additionally with the physical key, because there was no key. Can be a trouble for some people who worry about safety during their stay.

Great location, just a 15-minute walk from Oliwa SKM, nice and clean shared kitchen, room was clean and equipped with an air conditioner, the bed was comfortable enough - everything you need for a short stay.

The room carpet had a lot of stains, not a big deal, but it made the room look a bit dirty (even though it was clean).

Good location to reach by car, clean spacious room, comfortable beds, self service without any reception, only cleaning ladies come. Great breakfast choice in a cafe next door. Also a little kitchenette with a fridge available.

A little noisy with an open window, but fine when it's closed.

Everything was great and we were completely satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and very responsive. We had to check-in very late, but received all the necessary instructions on time and did not have any difficulties. The room was small but clean and cozy. The breakfast was pretty good and tasty as well. So, the hotel definetly worth for money spent and could be recommended for sure.

There were a minor issue with water in the morning at the building, where breakfast must be served, but the staff arranged breakfast at the other facility very quickly and professionally. Thus, that was not an issue at all.
