Very spacey, bright, exceptionally located, quiet. Warm water all day. Seamless self-checkin and checkout. Good communication with Żaneta.

A few things were in a state of disrepair: the microwave in the kitchen was burnt, the water faucet in our room's toilet was very hard, the shower holder was loose and kept falling, there was a hole on the bathroom wall. Nothing desperate, but the place felt a bit aged.

The property was nice and clean, took us 50 minutes from the airport to reach (a bus and 15 minutes by foot). The door opened with a code and the room had the key in the door. The room was nice with a balcony. There is a nice little garden with an apple tree, a big kitchen with 2 fridges, an oven, and other essentials. The room was cozy. Zaneta is nice and allowed us to hang out in the dining hall even after checkout.

Location is perfect, the house is very cute. The owner is very helpful, responsive and kind.

I travelled alone. I was awaken at 11.30pm by very loud men, another guests, who were tipsy and not very cultured. I was scared. I called the owner, she replied immidiately and notified those guests, but I did not feel safe until they went to their rooms. In the morning, they left mess in the kitchen. There were empty beer cans despite the no-alcohol rule. These aren`t the type of people you encounter in such hostels.

Availability of free space

Poor organization of reception. Payment only through booking. You can't go through a bank. There is no cashier. I'm bringing you money, payment fails and this is my problem, I have to call support and figure it out. It takes time and is inconvenient. Why not offer several payment options to make it convenient for the client, and not just an invisible person? The establishment is pretty clean. Payment is in line with expectations

The place needs work. There was a whole on wall in the bathroom. Stayed in the top room in the attic and there were no curtins in the windows. Tired old bed sheets.
