Quality of the room and decor was high and very fresh. The breakfast was excellent although a little pricey for Gdansk. There is an excellent artisan pizza restaurant less than 100m away.

They only made the room up once in a 6 day stay. (4star hotel). The bar area was rarely open or staffed. Parking was taken up by cars even though there was supposed to be underground parking. (We had a large van that couldn’t go underground, so probably not a problem for other travellers?)

Location is always subjective. Far from the center of Gdansk and a beach, but close to Sopot and Gdansk Oliwa train station. Breakfast is plentiful, a large selection of hot and cold dishes, drinks. Possibility to order breakfast to go. Pleasant sauna area and gym. Very nice and helpful staff.

Restaurant opens too late on Sunday, so you have to order breakfast to go if your trip begins early. Sauna rules, such as not using swimwear and keeping the sauna quiet, should be presented to guests by the staff at the entrance. Some guests did not know these rules, and the regulations are quite poorly visible and not everyone reads them, which leads to unpleasant situations.

I like the location of the Hotel because its pretty close to the "ERGO Technology & Services" Office, where I have to travel from time to time and with only a 5 miutes walk to the Office and a 7 minutes walk to the Gdansk Oliwa Train-Station this has become my favourite Hotel in the area. The rooms have everyhing you need including a Fridge which doesnt seem to be the norm in Business-Hotels these days. It can quickly become in mportant item if you stay more than 1 night and want to store some food and drinks safely. You also have a Zabka litelerally next door and many Restaurants near by, but you can also go to the Hotel Restaurant what servers delicious food. My favourite: The Arkon-Burger :-)

Water and some supplies in the room. Staff was excellent. Location great as it lets you reach the office parks at Grunwaldka/Kolobrzegska intersection on foot.

Dog barking in the adjacent room at night was absolutely unacceptable! Power outlets and light switches located right under my pillow, two separate small blankets (and 2 beds indeed just moved together to form "one") though I was one, paid parking for guests were not what you would expect. Also, everything was a bit too pricey to me. Mind also that there is busy railway in about 200 m.

A modern hotel that is geographically located in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms in the hotel are spacious. In addition, they offer an underground car park at a cost. "fair for the market standard" When it comes to breakfast, I highly recommend this one. As it had great variety and opening times that met my expectations.

The sports facility was very crowded "popular" so if you want to make the most of the gym session so I advise against this gym. The gym is available to the public so bad as a hotel guest. Could be better opening hours for the gym.

The rooms are nice, nice bed, nice shower. Free shuttle to beach Bus line nearby There is a very good restaurante 2 blocks from the hotel. The place is quiet.

air conditioner was not working. it is not close to centrum (it’s closer to the beach, but still need transfer, luckily the hotel offers free shuttle to beach, or you can use a public bus line).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had spoken to 2 people at the front desk on different occasions, and both were really nice! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are supplied with a multi body/hair wash and rooms are restocked with coffee and tea supplies daily, which I appreciated! I did not use any of the facilities, but they had many things available. The hotel is very well located! The train station in Oliwe is about 10 minutes waking distance, from where you can travel quite easily to other areas and cities like Sopot (approx. 5 minutes away!). There is a wonderful park about a 20 minute walk away, in which you can find a Palm house, cathedral and museum. Enjoyed my stay!

All was great 😃 The hotel looks like a new one with all the necessary facilities. The receptionist girl is very professional, you feel safe and very well treated. The room is big enough with a good view. You have an electric kettle and coffee and tea at your disposal. The location is very convenient too. The bathroom is a modern one with a good shower cabin and soft towels.

Was a bit finicky getting there from the bus stop, but more or so the fault of the navigation rather than the hotel itself. Some paths it chose in order to get there don't seem very safe and are poorly lit, so be careful where you choose to go. Pick a busy street!

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean, and with a nice temperature. Even though the hotel is not in a central location, there are option to eat out and buy groceries just around the corner.

Power sockets were scares. Not only were there none next to bed (and no night stands), but generally in the room we had trouble changing our devices.
