- Pool and spa was great to keep the kids occupied. You can come and go to the pool as much as you like, which was great. - walking distance to beach and Sopot pier - breakfast and restaurant was good food - staff friendly enough

- Thought it was a bit of a rip off that parking wasn't included in the price of our stay (and it's not cheap at 80zl per day) - Try and get breakdast included as its expensive if you pay on the day. At least they had a good selection. - The double beds are very small.

Enjoyed the hotel. Great for kids, it has a playroom, out door facilities in the summer and some indoor games, such as foosball, which my kids loves. I never managed unfortunately to use the swimming facilities, but will try next time. Location is great, enjoyed the park and beach with my child. Very good cleanliness, which is important to me. I was also able to open my hotel window / outside door for some fresh air, which is very nice. Staff was very nice and made us feel welcomed.

Way too many children, it was not advertised as a family hotel but basically most of the visitors had small children. While this was not an issue in most situations, they were quite noisy in the evenings and at breakfast. Most importantly, the spa area was unusable due to so many children being there constantly.

Friendly staff And good size rooms . The spa area is clean and free to use. Good massage therapists and away classes. Great breakfast and fresh juice machine was fantastic option. Great location and beach within 2 minx walking distance. the town is well connected with one tram . Bar has a good selection of food and drinks with a friendly staff.

Cleaning of rooms was random. Some days not cleaned at all,depending on staff.

The room was big enough, really close the beach and had an indoor pool, games room for kids including a motion Xbox game area, indoor football table, basketball pitch and park.. along with balls, badminton sets and beach toys you could borrow.

Our room wasn’t serviced everyday, we had a couple of days without fresh towels despite leaving them on the floor as requested. Recycling wasn’t removed with waste, but minor points.

super close to the beach, kids friendly. lovely staff. nice indoor pool for a rainy day with kids area, nice green surroundings with a playground from where you can directly walk 100m to the beach. room was spacious with night curtains to make it really dark for sleeping. window could stay open as no noisy street. breakfest was very rich, and long opening hours, good coffee

carpet in the room had a bit of a smell. we dis not complain as it was warm and we had the window open.

No Internet in this part of Poland ? No Beach equipment … Ground Sheets , Windbreaks or Children’s Tents , Folding Chairs or Deckchairs available from the Hotel or nearby for rent …. Not good for a Beach Hotel within 500m of the Seaside .

Super nice hotel for vacation with children. Nice playground at the ground floor and outside, basketball court and swimming pool, super cool breakfast, nice rooms, and 500m from the beach. Friendly staff, super location on between Gdańsk and Sopot

A bit expensive, but I also agree that the price is high in that area even in very low quality hotels, so acceptable

- the hotel is located not it the city center but it's very close to the see - close to bus and tram station, it took about 50 minutes to get to the city center by tram5 - quiet neighborhood - big parking area - huge hall, several receptionists, 3 floors. elevator - swimming pool, spa and massage area (i didn't use and can't rate it) - the room was huge with big bathroom, long table, double bad, sofa and balcony - all needed facilities were included in the room - housekeeping service is great (everyday is possible) - I stayed in winter and there wasn't any heater or battery in the room, but it was really warm and comfortable to sleep, and all towels and things got dry during the night I really liked my stay there.

For breakfast, a fantastic selection of hot, cold and sweet dishes ( fancy cakes) and fruit with prepared salads. Coffee maker in room and little bottles of water and possibly sodas provided on my second day. Restaurant food well prepared and imaginative ( I had a celery soup with shredded pumpkin and a perfect topping of chanterelle mushrooms and then salmon with excellent vegetables including pea shoots and asparagus). I had a superb massage with 10% reduction, one of the best I have ever had. The swimming pool was warm and the saunas were good. Nice view over park and a balcony. Staff friendly and accessible. The location is opposite the beach and near to the tram station. The thermostat in my room was very easy to use and I was able to adjust the room temperature to how I liked it. Amazing shower gels/ body lotion/ shampoo from bottles in bathroom. Although I don't have children, I noticed that families had their own room to eat in and there were play areas set aside. Nice touch.

Unfair of me really to carp since I am an English person visiting Poland and my Polish is very poor/ non-existent but there were misunderstandings due to language difficulties. Staff did try their best. There are hotel regulations in English and printed but everything is a bit too much online. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable.
