Perfect location (close to the beach, bus stop, park with some attractions for kids, cafes), clean rooms, great breakfast. Indoor and outdoor facilities for kids. The family can be entertained in any weather.

We checked a few times, but steam rooms were never working. The space for kids entertainment is not very well organized. There was a conflict when the kids were watching a movie (evening cinema for children), and someone wanted to play table tennis at the same time (the table is in the same room!), so they just turned on the lights to play, and you could hardly see anything on the screen anymore.

The hotel should be 4 star, not 3 star! I did ask staff about this and apparently it’s due to the size/ layout of the car park. Everything else is outstanding. We stayed there with our toddler and there was so much to do. The indoor play area has lots more things in than on the website photos. The beach is on the doorstep, and there are several outdoor play areas just a little walk away. I was impressed that the restaurant had a lovely healthy meal of salmon, steamed veg and rice, as well as pasta, so that my little one could have a good meal instead of burger and chips. The staff were all great. The breakfast was delicious- a good variety of stuff. The spa and swimming pool were lovely too - several saunas and a steam room, and the pool has a huge shallow section perfect for a toddler. I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat- and hope to return one day too!

Literally the only gripe we had was not being allowed tap water with our meal in the restaurant on the last day. It was a bit confusing that if we’d brought the water jug from our room, we could have had it filled with water at the bar, but they wouldn’t give us a glass of water with our meal. Don’t let that put you off though- it’s the loveliest hotel I’ve been to as a family. Definitely 4 star standard!

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, well maintained. Restaurant in site. Clean. Walking distance to beach. Great place for a family stay. Delicious breakfast. Parking.

One morning we had a hard time finding a table for breakfast. There was some kind of convention. I felt like there should have been tables reserved for hotel guests and or other facilities open to the convention guests. Once they finished eating they stood around talking in the breakfast area and it was difficult to get through etc.

The location is great. Had a great view. We loved it.

The swimming pool was a bit busy with swimming classes taking place. I think it would be nice if there was a pool schedule in the room (so that guests can check if there are any classes, etc.).

This hotel most definitely exceeded my expectations! Rooms are quite big, very comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed and even some little gifts like locally produced tea and honey. Amazing sea view to the beach front, beautiful and romantic. The hotel is super quiet, but you hear just a little bit of seagulls "talk" and sea waves, which is super calming. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, both choice and quality. Overall service is 10/10, and our happiness is 11/10. I am hoping that we will come back again!

Kids loved the swimming pool, I enjoyed the spa area. 2 playrooms worked great for the kids as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us additional hour at the checkout.

There are no much vegetarian and vegan options, food is not marked as vegetarian and vegan. There were no lactose free options, only milk. But the pancakes contained milk and were paired with twarog. That was the most difficult part of the trip. I think the hotel should consider the people who have lactose or gluten intolerance, and offer them more options. But we were offered the food from the other restaurant.

Great location, very modern hotel including rooms, wide choice at breakfast, very nice and attentive staff, beautiful sandy beach about three minutes walk from the hotel. I also appreciate the many attractions for children - indoor play area, evening cinema for children, outdoor playground, just a unique place for a family holiday! And delicious dishes and cocktails in the Fish and Gin restaurant!

Maybe just improve the cleaning of the rooms a bit (we found glass shards from previous guests under the bed). Access to the pool is a little impractical, as is the fact that some of the hotel facilities can be used by non-hotel guests - the adjacent garden is also public, which slightly detracts from the overall impression if you're looking for privacy.

Lounge area excellent on first floor - with a bar, serving lunch and dinner + drinks. View over the parkland and sea. Breakfast was excellent (one of the best spreads I've seen) and you can eat as much as you want, though can get very busy and did have to wait for a table between 9-9.30 each morning. Pool was good also can get crowded. Room and views from 6th floor really nice. Beaches lovely - soft white sand, went in early May so water quite cold and wind can pick up - jackets recommended if not sunny. Would love to visit in summer. Really relaxed vibe and not crowded and easy to access different beaches from Jelitkowo up to Sopot. Nice beach bars but didn't get to visit. Good e-scooter system on promenade. Games area for kids/adults.

Sauna / wellness area really small especially for a hotel of this size - didn't get to use it though tried a few times but all seats were always taken. On the same floor, the gym was really big but also didn't use it. Beds - double bed was far too soft, pull out sofa bed good alternative but also uncomfortable. If there was a second pool and bigger wellness area this hotel would be perfect.

Great breakfast (10/10 there) and proximity to the beach, awesome holiday for the whole family. Kids were super happy with both indoor and outdoor playgrounds. I really recommend to all (also great price/value ratio).

Mostly minor things as the stay and hotel was great. But to name all three improvement areas: - Mian point is to be vigilant when exiting the hotel towards the beach - there is a vey busy bike road along the beach and for kids it can be dangerous, - 2nd one is connected with beds - not as comfy as they used to be when the mattresses were new, - lastly there were some minor misses in outdoor cleanliness (it was mainly caused by customers not using bins properly) Otherwise an awesome stay!

superb location - we wanted to be close to the beach and it has been very close (just couple of steps away from the back gate of the hotel) Room in general, facilities and attractions (like ping pong table, fire place with sausages, diferent attractions for kids)

I missed body lotion in the bathroom. a bit overpriced (but it was very high season). traffic jam in the lifts at certain times of the day
