The room was spacious and had everything needed for a single traveller. The luggage rack was most appreciated. There was also ironing device and a coffee machine. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety so that even after five days you could still try new options. And of course the location, right near the canal in the old town, so that in 5 minutes you can be immersed in beautiful Gdansk.

Nothing significant. It was not perfect, but close to perfect, and the value for money was much better than the usual. I guess it could be too expensive if you are coming as a tourist and your budget is limited. But for its facilities and location it is a really good choice, if the price is acceptable.

room was a bit dissapointing we were on the first floor window outlook was over the car park and noise from car park from 6am was annoying people talking car engines ticking over. bed was very comfortable but the duvet was the same size of the bed every time you turned over duvet fell off brochure for tv stated over 50 channels but we could only get 3 german channels complaint to reception to no avail as a reset was still no good

Nice breakfasts, quiet location near the edge of the old town, we'll equipped room and friendly staff. Cot was provided for baby. The one morning there were fresh doughnut balls for breakfast, they were amaaaazing! Sadly didn't come again while we were there. The view was into an old courtyard of a run down building but it didn't bother us, it was green and you could hear birds.

The room was crazy hot! I don't know if the central air-conditioning was switched off or what but it was uncomfortably warm for us and our baby. Bed was a bit small, 140. Expect a bit bigger in a 4 star hotel but it was ok.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre. Both the hotel room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a room with a balcony, which added a nice touch and filled the space with natural light. The room and towels had a pleasant fragrance and felt fresh, which was a lovely detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the receptionist (I am sorry I did not get your name, but you know who you are :)) went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was amazing. There was a wide variety of healthy food options (different types of eggs, cold meats, fruits, juices, yoghurts, various types of overnight soaked seeds, a large collection of pickled vegetables, all sorts of tea with fresh syrup with ginger/turmeric and so on), and I appreciated the beautiful presentation of the dishes as well as the inviting atmosphere. The service in the breakfast area was also outstanding. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gdansk!

It's a small issue, but I don't think the hotel can do much about it. The road in front of the hotel can become quite dirty when it rains, which distracts from the overall pleasant atmosphere. However, once you step inside, you'll quickly forget about it!

As we traveled by car, it was very comfortable to leave it in the parking space for additional 80 zloti in front of the hotel. The location is perfect as you can walk to prominade and the main street. The breakfast was little bit expensive, but in the same time very rich, you can make even fresh juice.

The bathroom is from glass walls and the door as well. So everything what you do in the bathroom is almost with no privacy. No sound barriers as aound door is around centemetr space. So if you are not very close family members, this could be an issue.

I would like to write only positive reviews about this hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable for sleeping. The hotel has excellent air conditioning. There is a pleasant smell throughout the hotel. The location is convenient, close to both the old town and restaurants and quiet on the street on the side of the hotel. I was very pleased with the breakfast. There were dishes that I wanted to eat and eat. We liked the desserts and main courses at the hotel restaurant. They tasted very good. The waiter was friendly and attentive.

We couldn't find instructions on how to operate the air conditioner.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring all my needs were met. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Gdańsk!

I found the breakfast to be excessively expensive. Having traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels abroad, I was surprised by the high cost of breakfast here. While the food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, the price seemed far too exaggerated compared to other hotels I’ve visited. Despite this, the hotel’s other amenities and prime location make it a solid choice for staying in Gdańsk.

Quiet location, convenient for Second World War museum. Room was quiet, overlooking a neighbouring garden, window opened which was nice. Bed very comfortable. Good amenities in room e.g. Iron, shoe cleaning, sewing kit. Safe provided. Good hot and cold selection at breakfast: Scrambled eggs, frankfurters, potato rostis, pancakes, vegetables, selection of pots e.g. sago and honey, smoothies, natural yoghurt, salads, ham and cheese, fruit, juicing machine, limited supply of bread, fruit juice, good selection of cereals, mini cakes.

I loved the location, very clean and friendly staff Our room was ready early in morning and was a great size , a nice fridge and wardrobe and shower was really good , and they looked after our luggage after check out .

I wasn’t a fan of the bed as quite hard for me . I felt a bit uneasy with the door to the next room not being locked (told by reception that no one staying in room so it is ok ) . I put ironing board across with suitcase on it , and came back and it was knocked over on the floor !! Nothing was missing from room , but still not a good feeling . That door must have been opened!?

The hotel is in a very good location, there are some parking lots nearby (charges apply), the rooms are beautiful, modern, the breakfast is excellent. A large selection, for different tastes!

The bathroom already showed signs of use. The TV channels did not have any music channels or any international news channels that can be put in the background of the morning bustle. The gym is really small and poorly equipped, with broken equipment. This is also the biggest minus.
