There is a reception with a human greeting you until 11 pm. The staff is really welcoming and easy to deal with. I booked (or so I thought) a twin room, but the beds were connected when we arrived. The receptionist told us that all rooms have single beds, but these can be either put together (default) or separated, so if you are after a twin, just send a message to them beforehand asking for a twin - no hassle. The rooms have lovely river views and are about a 10-minute walk from Dluga Street, the heart of the city. Boats to various attractions are literally on your doorstep. The rooms have all the facilities you would expect (towels, toiletries, hair dryer, etc.) and an equipped kitchenette. You must use your room card key to access the building, which has a lift to all floors (reception is on the first floor). We also got a discount voucher for spa facilities at the nearby Hilton Hotel, so if you are planning a bit of pampering, save time for that (I didn't use it, so I can't comment on the quality). The apartments are really clean and comfortable. Also, vegans (or anyone who is after super healthy and extremely delicious food), go to Manna68 on Swietego Ducha Street. Food is heavenly!

Some of the people who work there could perhaps be a little nicer. Exeptation is he who worked in the evening at the reception on 11 October. Big plus for him. very nice and welcoming. very nice hotel otherwise, but not so much good if you stay overnight at weekends. A lot of noise from the club which is downstairs in the hotel. you can hear music on both the 5th and 4th floor. there is also noise when the bridge over the river is to be raised. It usually starts at 8 am and ends at 10 pm.

Brilliant location so close to the river and central to the old town. View from the windows over the river was amazing. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean with fresh furnishings. Beds were comfy.

Room got very hot especially the bedrooms you can open the windows both fully and option of on tilt which is good but a lot of noise on the street which disappears when closed. There is a fan in the living room to help. Ear plugs were left so it’s a good idea they thought of these.

The receptionist was so accommodating and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised on the size of the room and what it offered. I guess we weren't paying attention to the fact that it was a studio suite. No A/C but a ceiling fan that was more than adequate. Right out the window is a very popular spot for tourists and locals and a tilting pedestrian bridge. Although the bridge has a warning signal and announcement it will be going up it didn't do this during the night. Yes it can be a little noisy but it also quiets down during the evening allowing you to keep the window open. Great location. Would for sure stay again if passing through Gdansk.

The location is perfect. Lovely view from my room. Almost complete facilities with kitchenette, fridge, iron facility, and ceiling fan, especially when it's hot weather. Thank you to Martyna from the reception for granting my request. Comfortable bed. I had a great stay

There is some smell in the room, especially when I closed the window. But, if keeping the windows open, it can hardly notice. Some areas in the room are not that clean. Invest with some plants inside the room to look and feel more homey

The location is super, the rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. There is a nice kitchenette and good wifi. The parking is expensive - the cheapest way is 80 Zloty a day. There is quite a bit of noise in the evening coming from the promenade. If you are in a low floor it might disturb your sleep and the hotel supplies ear plugs free of charge. Do not expect any pleasant or special attitude.

The staff were very accommodating and couldn't have done more to help us with our stay. They organised our taxi from the airport to the city, topped up tea and sugar in our room, as well as provided information about the city.

The only downside was the noise from outside our room, but that is not attributable to this hotel really. There is a hostel opposite, of which was playing music through the night.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with loads of suggestions on where to go. The apartments are in a great position on the docks fantastic for people watching and the theatre of the bridge raising. The gorgeous old town is minutes away and the funky warehouse district in the old ship yards is 20 mins walk in the opposite direction.

Aircon would be a great addition to the rooms, and an additional set of washing and drying machines would be really helpful.

The location was very nice. The room we booked had a very nice view of the canal. The heating of the apartment was excellent and it was very clean.

Although it is stated that there is free Wifi there was not. We were told that there was a problem which couldn't be fixed before we leave. Maybe it was true but the property owners should make sure that they can provide Wifi to the guests. It is essential especially for the travellers outside Poland. Moreover, our access card for the room stopped working before the checkout time. We had to ask the cleaning lady to open the door to access our belongings.

Excellent location right in the center of Old Town, many restaurants and walking areas. 2 comfortable beds perfect for 2 couples or a larger family. Nice decoration and clean.

There was a loud noise all night coming from the hostel across the street. There was a bad sewer smell in the evening and we had to close all windows. The smell was gone in the morning.
