Location was perfect, near the main street, train and bus stations were walking range, room was spotless and really comfortable, breakfast were nice. Also really nice feature, that you can leave your bags at the hotel if you arrived sooner than cheek in hours. Most of the staff members were really nice.

The arrival day at check in desk working lady wasn’t the nicest person, also there is not a lot of choices of breakfast options and one thing that confused us, was the check out time, because in the check in desk there are two adverts, one telling its 11 and the other that it is 12.

It is a very well located hotel, close to the old town and the river. It has good Wi-Fi. They serve a great breakfast with a wide variety of delis and beautifully presented. The beds are ok albeit quite (too?) soft. The bathroom was a good size. There is a TV nicely located, but be aware Polish channels only.

They use a weird key card system where the key cards have the hotel name and the room number on them, which I find defeats the purpose and is not very safe (if you lose your card, the finder might march right in to your room). The shower kit is a bit on the cheap side and could do with an upgrade. They only have tea on the room, and no coffee. I feel it would be a quick win to put some coffee with the kettle.

Room was spacious, really nice bathroom as well, kettle and water provided as well as a few teabags, let us leave our bags there wafter we checked out.

2 little things that were not so good were the fact that on the 1st morning of our stay, there was not enough room for everyone to have breakfast so had to wait, (only 8 tables) was not a problem until a couple of guests just barged through instead of waiting there turn, the other thing was the blinds and curtains do not quite fit the windows so daylight was coming through the gaps, not a problem maybe in winter but in summer seeing light come though at 3:30am meant a struggle to sleep,

A family-run hotel in perfect location - close to the best atractions in Gdansk, a few steps from Motlawa river and the tourist craziness, yet calm and offering good rest. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. We had a very quiet, cosy room, and all you need for a short stay. The price matches the service offered.

Small things but... : Old, ragged towels in the bathroom. It would be nice to have a little shelf to put somewhere the shampoo and soap when taking a shower. The doors to the bathroom were not closing properly.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was very clean (the whole hotel was spotlessly clean). The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean too. The bedroom was warm enough as it was so cold outside. And very close to the old town and the waterfront. The breakfast was delicious and full of options to choose from.

The wifi was a bit off from time to time.

The hotel was in a perfect location for nearly everything. Right by the river and not far from the centre of the old town. Beautiful rooms. Quite quirky decor, but beautifully done and so clean. Staff were wonderful and breakfast ( continental with a twist) was the best breakfast we think we’ve ever had. ( not a full English if that’s what you like) . Comfy beds and just all round fabulous hotel.

Mattresses are very soft so they are nice to lay for a moment but don't give a proper support for a spine. In my room there was no wi-fi avaliable. Silicone in the bathroom is moldy and should be replaced.

The size of the room the bed and the bathroom. Location was good for all attractions and very quite at night. Breakfast was basic but never left the table hungry. Staff members were all very nice and professional. Its a small hotel and never heard anybody going about at night which gave us a good nights sleep

Nothing that would but people off staying here. Our only issues were with the shower head having a mind of its own and the lack of power points at the side of the bed.

Modern small hotel, clean and fresh, friendly staff nothing was too much trouble, excellent location, not a great lover of continental breakfasts but theirs was varied and quality tasting. Could not fault anything, no problem storing luggage on last day, will recommend to others.

Only problem was booking.com travel arrangements with transfer. Taxi drivers where good, but to arrange pick up and get to the airport 5 hours before you fly was terrible service and wouldn’t book travel arrangements with booking.com again
