Nice clean and comfy, great location

It was advertised with having a pool, it did but it was in another hotel and there is a charge for it, this should be made clear

This is the kind of room that you walk into and go 'wow' and start taking photos before it gets messy! But once you settle and use things...all is not perfect! The positives: location is excellent, nice staff, spacious, clean, super quiet, coffee machine, air conditioning, great big comfortable bed with a huge doona, nice high ceiling and massive modern chandelier, beautiful aesthetics.

The fridge doesn't work well, it's not cold enough to cool a beer or keep yoghurt overnight. The bathroom looks fabulous but the design is so impractical...a deep bath sits away from the wall with a tap and pull off shower hose. There are no screens or curtains so it's impossible to have a shower, only a bath. If you have any mobility issues this is not for you. I'm not sure if it was specified as a 'bath only room' when booking but should be. Also, a huge glass bathroom door is just dangerous...particularly at night! Even if it's open, you still have to get around it to reach the toilet. Toilet roll holder needs repair.

We liked everything about the hotel, the location was amazing as was the view down the river of one of the main tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and well designed with nicely appointed furniture. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Two things, we were directly above the Whiskey in a Jar bar so when music started up again in the morning at about 10am we could hear the bass through the floor. Second is that it was listed as an apartment so we thought we could self cater, there was a kitchenette but no plates or cutlery to make food with so had to ask for them, we got a set sent to the room.

Hotel was clean, modern, well located, and staff were very helpful. You're right on the strip of new hotels and restaurants, minutes walk from the historic center of Gdansk. Room was modern and bed was very comfortable. Staff also accommodated our extra request for a room with a bath which was great. View of the river was lovely.

The room was slightly smaller than expected (but the bed was huge which might have made it feel smaller).

Fantastic stay in the Radisson Red apartment complex, we were given a free room upgrade, which was again totally unexpected, but fully appreciated , the perks of being on Genius level here on Booking.com, the Radisson Red is central to everywhere in Old Town, Gdansk, I would recommend a stay here to everyone reading this.

Ordered chicken curry at local Chinese restaurant,it seemed to me the chicken was boiled chicken skin strips...I was so unsure I picked them out with a fork and cast them aside. Yuck.

Our family room was excellent. Nicely decorated, with high ends material, comfortable beds, with nice view to the river. The upstairs niche to sleep is very much appreciated and fun for kids. The main bed is big enough, with satin beddings. Quiet room to sleep. The bath tube is very helpful to relax after the longue day.

The only thing is the SPA with the swimming pool with the breakfast are in the near by sister-hotel. And are charged for the hotel stayers. The SPA Should be included in stay.

The location is amazing. There are lots of restaurants and bars right around the corner. It's surrounded by water and also the building itself is quite nice. For a stag party, we booked the biggest room available and it was spacious and well equipped.

Some of the staff were able to speak English very well whereas some others had troubles in communicating. What we did not like (although it was stated on the website) is the fact that you have to go to the Radisson Hotel close by for breakfast and also to use pool and Spa facilities. Pool and Spa also costed an additional 90PLN for 90mins.

Great location and very stylish design; comfortable bed and very clean. I did not have the breakfast option, but there is the Nespresso machine in the room and the coffee is good. The view from my window was somehow limited as I had to stand up on a special step (and I do not remember whether it was in the room description this way), but anyway, the view is great as the hotel is at the tip of the island and one can see both the main river and the other branch. Very quiet room! Many nice restaurants around. I do recommend to order breakfast as it seems that nothing opens before 8am in town (at least in the area).

The room we stayed in was rather big with a comfortable bathroom. Everything was clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby (but it also had its downsides)

It's located in a very touristy / night-life area, so it was very loud outside if the window was open. Luckily, there's A/C in the room, and the soundproofing is quite good, but still was a bit of a pity we couldn't sleep with an open window.

The hotel boasts an unparalleled atmosphere. The apartments impress with their cleanliness and spaciousness, equipped with all necessary amenities. It is located 10 minutes away from the city center, although this distance could have been 5 minutes if not for ongoing repair works on the bridge adjacent to the hotel. The hotel itself has its own bar, and within a minute's walk, you'll find cafes, restaurants, and bars. The staff is always friendly and ready to provide necessary assistance. We also note that upon arrival, we were delighted with a New Year's gift and, notably, our apartment level was upgraded free of charge. Special thanks to the hotel for this.
