I stayed at PURO Gdańsk Stare Miasto once before four years ago and really enjoyed my experience, so decided to return on my latest trip to Poland. All in all, this is a great hotel located in the heart of Gdańsk (close to all shops, bars, and restaurants) with beautiful rooms, everything you could possibly need. The breakfast has a fantastic range to choose from, there are bars on the ground floor and rooftop floor and thoroughly enjoyed all the services on offer. The staff were also very friendly and supportive, happily giving recommendations of local places to check out during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, I had no issues with noise or anything despite being close to one of the busier 'tourist' streets right outside the hotel. Also, there is a spa, sauna, and massage service on the lower floor of the hotel - this is probably one of the main reasons I returned to this hotel too, as the massage was absolutely incredible and 100% worth the money. You probably can't go wrong whichever you pick, and my only regret is that I didn't get more than one during my stay.
I felt like there could have been a slightly wider selection of TV channels in different languages, although this was a minor concern as I did not travel to Poland to stay indoors watching television (the same for most I expect). A plug socket closer to the bathroom mirror would have been ideal when using the hairdryer as the cord was fairly short. Another very minor point, but there was an Samsung tablet in the room which could be used for hotel services, e.g. ordering food and checking out after your stay - for some reason I could not find a way to turn this off at night so had to cover it to avoid the bright distracting light, but this may well be because I was completely oblivious as to which button would have done this.

The design of the hotel and the position were really great it had a lot of options and they were really helpful
So there were no slippers and no bathrobe . I can get behind the fact that there were no slippers but the bathrobe was a problem because i had a fight with my girlfriend she really wanted the bathrobe so she made me sleep in the bathroom while everything was great this part didn’t help . I couldn’t sleep in the bathroom so i went to sleep in the hall and is there were i noticed how clean this place was ! A great experience but please put a bathrobe next time in the room ! as clean as it was i don’t want to sleep in the flore thank you

I had a great experience at PURO Hotel Gdańsk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a modern and cozy atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of great options. I also really enjoyed the spa – the massage was excellent. It’s a big plus that you can get free quality coffee and tea anytime, and access to the gym and sauna is also included. Highly recommended!
The windows had an indoor view of the lobby, not an outdoor view. The door was not that soundproof, so if there was much noise in the hallway or people talking, then you heard it really clearly.

Beautifully renovated building inside and out I believe the hotel was renovated just a few years ago so very clean. I like the style elegantly done. Location is excellent just a few minutes walk to old city, you can walk to the station and easily catch buses or trams. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in any hotel even better than 5 str hotels. so much choice for all food types, plant based as well. Fantastic chefs, great service. The reception staff were excellent, helping plan trips to Malbork castle and the Baltic sea. This hotel is far better than any other i have styed in including 5 star hotels. There is a superb spa excellent steam and sauna rooms free for guest use, i also paid for 2 massages, both excellent.
There is nothing I didn’t like this is an excellent hotel.

Absolutely everything about this hotel is phenomenal! It's rare to find somewhere which is such excellent value but feels truly luxurious and PURO Gdansk is definitely one of these rare finds. The staff were friendly and helpful, the decor was stylish, sleek and comfortable. My room was comfortable with all the amenities needed for a cosy stay. The spa facilities are amazing and it's great that they're free to use at any time for guests! Finally, this is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever, ever come across. Incredible range of options and everything was excellent quality and so delicious.
Only tiny criticism is that the gym is very, very small with limited equipment (no treadmill or floor space).

Excellent friendly service, most delicious coffee available 24/7 in a beautiful reception and communal lounge/areas out of all hotels in Poland I have been. It's the first time I have actually spent some time outside the room downstairs. The room was beautifully designed with amazing handy solutions such as control tablet, dimmer switch, HDMI input built in inro TV cabinet. This hotel being in Poland makes me proud even more that I am Polish. I don't have to mention how friendly every single tier of staff was with 1 receptionist guy (dark hair and glasses on) that literally saved us from exhaustion and 1 handyman (slim also with glasses on that was in the elevator) being so so so nice and helpful! Location is top notch. Once we are back in Poland in Gdańsk we will definitely use Puro again, for longer this time.

We stayed at this hotel with a friend for a long weekend and had a lovely time. The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar — both were great! Our room was spacious and very clean, which we appreciated. The only downside for us was the design of the bathroom. It was fully glass-walled (including the shower and toilet), and although there was a curtain, it was still quite see-through. The door had gaps as well, which didn’t help with privacy. We also visited the spa area — the sauna was great, and the massages were a really nice touch (just make sure to book in advance!). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. We’ll be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and this was probably the best hotel I've stayed in throughout any of the many city breaks I've been on. The rooms were bright and modern with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue we encountered was the pillows being much too soft however one call to housekeeping saw us with a firmer option in less than 5 minutes. The hotel throughout is modern and inviting, the free coffee station in the lobby was an excellent addition and a great start to the day as we opted not to have breakfast in the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the centre and surrounded by beautiful scenes. The price we paid for our 3 nights in this standard of hotel was absolutely brilliant and value for money. Overall we could not fault our stay at this hotel and if we ever return to Gdansk we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic central location. Just walk outside there are so many excellent food options. Historic attractions are close as well. Room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and gorgeously designed. Hard to want to go and tour the city when the facilities were so beautiful to explore on their own. Onsite facilities include a spa, a rooftop bar, a bar and a great restaurant. Also offered is a free tour of the city every Saturday at 11. Tour lasted not quite 2 hours. The guide gave excellent historical information about the sites as well as great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. This hotel and the city of Gdansk were a pure delight. Would come back in a heartbeat
The bed was a little firm for my taste, but feel that is typical with most European beds.
