Location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town 2 mins from loads of restaurants, almost next door to little shop. Apartment was nice and good for family.

It’s very noisy overnight, bin collection 4am every day, church bells 6am, noisy party people… (but I’d still stay again as location was perfect). Arrived on a Sunday and no one in office to collect keys from (sign on door said closed Sundays, email from host said office opened 10am Sunday) and no one answered phone I rang from booking email. Someone turned up at 10.15 and opened the office. Maybe they could leave keys at building security instead? I was seriously worried we weren’t getting in on a Sunday for a while.

Location, very central & walking distance to all activities. It was very quiet

Mirrored toilet flush not cleaned from previous occupiers. Toilet seat huge crack. Lats under bed broken, rapped with black duck tape & not inserted correctly. Wardrobe spring broken, no knobs on doors to open them. Ironing board cover missing & steam iron leaked. Freezer compartment full of ice. Table wabbling had to tighten up all 4 legs. Latch on door faulty, you could push the door open from outside when you closed the door. Part of the door frame coming away from the wall. Have email Dom & House & emailed photos of the above.

Location is excellent, great value for money, very close to the top city's attractions, part of the old, medieval town next to everything we were looking for like pubs, restaurants, shops, currency exchange , etc. There is always someone at the office which is located outside the main facilities but at the front of the same building a few doors away.

Sofa where the 5th or more people from group extending 4 persons need to sleep, it definitely past it's prime , it is noisy and not to comfortable .

We were a late check in which was arranged before we arrived. They were really helpful with this and kept us updated. On check out our flight wasn't until later and they kept our cases in reception for us. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and plenty of facilities for a bunch of girls to get ready. The pool area was a bonus. Really central for everything. Felt safe to get in and out of the building. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment had a good standard. The location was perfect, close to the Old town where you had a good selection of restaurantes, bars and coffeshops/bakeries. Only 15 minute walk from the apartment through the Old town to a large shoppingsenter - Forum. Easy to take a day trip to the beach in Sopot, or the Zoo. It was also easy to rent a small motorboat to view the town from the chanals/rivers. Many tourists out on the streets and a good atmosphere. Many museums nearby. The food in Gdansk was good and cheap, great value for the money. Easy and cheap to use Uber to get around. There was also restaurants/bars, small groceryshops and chemist at the streetlevel of the apartmentbuilding and a small pool in the basement.

The dishwasher did not work properly. Some need of minor maintanance in the apartment.

The apartment was amazing. Very big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped beyond expectations, The property was very clean. The pool in the building was a bonus. Fantastic location.

The only minus of the property is lack of wi-fi. Otherwise, all was great.

The indoor swimming pool is excellent and should be the main reason you choose this hotel for your family wit children. Washing machine is included in the apartment, so you can have all your laundries done without brining most of the dirty laundry home.

Toilet supplies are only given on day 1 and you are expected to refill your own if you are staying longer. The shower door has missing water seal at the bottom - this causes water to flow out to the dry floor. Not all lights are working (but not critical).

We could not have been in a better location, especially as we have never visited Gdansk before and so didn't know the Old Town. The apartment development itself is very well laid out and the size of the one-bedroom flat we stayed in was much larger than we expected or needed but was very much enjoyed. The place was very well kitted out with everything we needed. The shower was the best I've used in years - hot and powerful. We couldn't get the TV in the lounge to work so the husband couldn't watch the BBC world news. For me not seeing any TV was welcome change. There is a pool but we didn't really have time to use it and so didn't even take a look at that facility. Below on street level there is a good selection of restaurants and bars and supermarket just yards away. We would definitely stay in Dom and House again and would recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, there was construction work going on directly opposite the apartment and we weren't told about it at the time of booking. Had we known we wouldn't have booked.

We loved our stay here, our kids said it was the best place they’ve stayed, they loved the slide and the pool. The location was great, super easy to explore Gdansk. Super clean apartment and a great size for all of us. Easy to check in and out.

We liked it all
